The service provided by Steadfast was fantastic. We cook constantly and routinely clean the filters in our hood. However; over the years, there was a buildup of oil/grease that we were unable to clean inside the hood and vent. The opening to the vent was not opening as easily due to this accumulation. The vent is opening properly again, and I can see that all of the grease inside of the venting system is gone. Not only did the guys at Steadfast leave the entire area in great shape, they were also meticulous in protecting all other surfaces. They left our kitchen immaculate like nothing had even taken place.

The owner, Michael, was very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. He fully explained everything he was planning to do and gave us great tips for maintenance until he makes his way back. We will be hiring Steadfast again!

The crew from Steadfast set a high standard for themselves and are great communicators. I had an exhaust system that was a mess and these guys got it back in order. It was affordable and professional. I highly recommend Steadfast!

NOT WITH STEADFAST HOOD CLEANING ! They absolutely did an amazing job ! Mike is very knowledgeable and well versed in cleaning hoods . They are professional, and treat my restaurant as if it were theirs . This is the 3-4th time they have serviced our hoods and it was just as good or better than the first time they set foot on our property. They provide you pictures of their work after completion every time! This is great so that you can see for yourself how well they did and they are confident in work done . Outstanding work of cleaning of the hood system. Danny and Ramses arrived on time and quoted that it would be about a four hour job. They did outstanding work and were very informative of all my questions. This company is awesome. When Mike arrived (on time) he gave me an estimate of how long it would take him to clean the hoods. It actually went a bit quicker than the estimate. They cleaned up after themselves and left the location cleaner than when they arrived. The hoods themselves looked great! This is the second time Mike and his crew have been here and last time the service was just as fantastic.

Michael and his crew are awesome. My parents and I have been looking for someone to come in and clean the hood of restaurant for 10 months now and finally came across Steadfast and called them up. Mike and his crew were out here in a weeks time and did a great job. We cook over a charcoal grill so we have a good amount of grease and build up especially after that long in between cleanings. They made my hood system look a whole lot better than what it did. I look forward to working with Steadfast in the future and would recommend them many times over.

I live in a small town, kinda out of the way for most. I'd pretty much given up hope and was about to take on yet another task, but I gave it one more shot. Steadfast came through!

Not only did they work within my budget, they offer before and after pictures, and make suggestions at the appropriate times. Michael and his crew have been amazing getting our store detail cleaned! They come once a month and quarterly to clean our hoods. They can pretty much clean anything and it always looks great! It saves myself and my crew a lot of time having steadfast!
