From beginning to end, a wonderful experience. The lady from his office who called me to set up the appointment time was incredibly polite and helpful with accommodating our family's busy schedule. When Dean arrived, he was equally friendly. Fixed the hole in my wall from our doorknob very quickly. When he was done and the paint was dry, you can't even tell it was ever there. Wonderful experience. Would rate higher than 5 if I had the option! 😁

I had the most pleasant experience with business owner Dean Gossett. He personally came to our home and installed a beautiful sink in about an hour time. He was courteous professional we will absolutely be using his services again thank you Dean. You get a 10 out of 10.

I hired JP Moving for a previous move & was 100% satisfied with the whole process. This time I had a big move, a whole household, garage and yard to move and once again, I'm 100% satisfied. The office personnel who answers phones & books appointments & gives quotes was very personable & efficient. The contract paperwork & payment process was easy & convenient. The four gentlemen who came did a fantastic job, worked very hard, moved lots of heavy stuff & were careful with everything they moved. Their customer service is fantastic, which is hard to find in this day & age of pulling strings to get any kind of service out of people. Hopefully I won't be moving again, but if I do, I will be booking with JP Moving again. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving.

This is the second time I have used JP Moving. Absolutely happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Very pleased with their work. We were lucky to get Daniel twice—who was such a hard worker and so nice. But really you can’t go wrong with any of them. Great work.

I had experienced a very negative encounter with a moving company that came to pack my things. My daughter called around to find me help to fix the problems. She found JP moving and within a few hours Josh came to help me. He reassured me they could pack my belongings safely and provide professional service. They arrived on time,were very professional and courteous and at the same time very caring and friendly. They did an amazing job of packing . They created secure packing for every weird shape and size. They went through and inspected what had been previously packed and corrected the mess. They kept moving everything and picked up most to give more room.

These guys were absolutely amazing!!! We had to move the week of Thanksgiving and they made our lives a million times easier!! Both guys that came out were extremely pleasant and professional. They were also super sweet to our senior husky 😊 highly recommend these guys for your moving needs!!!!

I highly recommend JP Moving. I moved from Rio Rancho, New Mexico to Tucson, Arizona. They were fantastic to work with. I was was feeling stressed about the move and they took care of everything. They loaded my things on a Saturday morning, drove to Tucson and unloaded Saturday late afternoon, all while being efficient and careful. The best movers I've used to date!

JP Moving is obsessive about providing excellent customer service, this community, and great value for service. JP Moving is so honest and in touch with their business plan, that they have turned down out of state moves for clients I have referred because it would cost the clients too much. Josh and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! They took great care with my furnishings and completed my move faster than expected, came in well under the quoted price. So I needed a gun safe moved and from the initial call to discuss my needs to the completed job, JP Moving took care of me. Polite and attentive on the phone, getting all of my information, dimensions, distance, obstacles etc… No detail was left out so I came away from the call with high expectations for the services.
From their arrival the team was prepared and professional. Great care was taken to ensure not a single potential issue was not discussed and a solution prepared.
The safe was blanket and shrink wrapped and moved to where I wanted it. Exactly, where I wanted it.

Excellent service that was fast and at a very reasonable price. I was extremely nervous looking for a good moving company after my last experience, but they delivered the goods. They were professional, on time, and quick to move my stuff to the new location (saving me both time and money). They did such a good job that I gave the movers the largest tip I have given anyone. I know this review makes the company seem too good to be true, so it may sound fake, but this was my honest experience. Maybe I'm just looking at them in such a positive light because I had the worst experience with the previous moving company I had hired.

We had a wonderful experience with Arturo and two of his team today. We were so pleased with everybody at JP movers. Right from the beginning, Samantha promptly responded to our questions online by calling and texting us. Then today, the day of the job, a wonderful young man, Arturo, called us as he was on his way to the job and showed up right on time, with two very nice young men. Just absolutely incredible. I’ve moved a lot in my life, and this team was the most efficient I’ve worked with. The two men were incredibly polite, sweet, and kind. They never complained or got annoyed. I had to literally make them take a breathing break and drink water. They worked tirelessly, and the move was done in no time at all, seeing how there were many floors to go up and down. I am so so so utterly glad I chose to use JP Moving, and I strongly recommend them to anyone. JP Moving is extremely amazing and great! They did a thorough job, hard working and very efficient! No one likes to move and it’s very stressful but the team that moved me are extremely friendly, professional and always making sure I was satisfied throughout the entire move. I HIGHLY recommend Josh and his crew. He responded very quickly after I submitted a request on his website and easily set up a move from my home to my new place, and my storage unit. Flexible is an understatement for these guys. They worked with me on a time, handled all of my belongings with such care, and never once had anything less than a positive attitude. I underestimated the amount of things we had (totally my fault!) And they worked through their lunch to STILL be conscious of my time and budget. Again, their positive demeanor never faltered. Their pricing is VERY fair and affordable, and nothing changed from what I was quoted to what I paid. They are kind, friendly, and take 100% pride in their work. Greatest movers ever. Extremely responsive and helpful from the start. I explained what I needed, Samantha called immediately and discussed pricing and options, and we were all set.
