JP Moving was recommended to me by a colleague that had had a great experience with them during her last few moves. They did a FANTASTIC job. I was so impressed. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. My couch was a tight fit in it's new home so they took the legs off and put them back on and were smart on how to use open spaces to move things more strategically. Super communicative, professional, polite, helpful and responsible during the entire move. I got an email confirmation about a few days before the move, a text the day before and a call when they were leaving that morning. Great experience.

Mr. Sandoval and his associate were here at Extra Space Storage packing up some pods for a customer. Those guys were very polite and very quick. I would recommend JP Moving to my family and friends. Amazing guys.

This company was the best decision we could have made, not only did we need help quickly and sadly in a level of uncontrollable chaos... they came to the rescue and helped us when we truly needed it. We were moving in a sort of last minute situation and not only were they able to fit us in quickly they were flexible to reschedule when life didn't let the original plan happen. They not only did the job quickly and efficiently they were early, helped us tear down a bed and desk and took great care of our stuff... greatly appreciate everything theu did to help. We will keep them in mind for any future moves for not only us but any one else we know who needs help at an excellent price... very nice and reasonable company.

I called a month before unloading labor was needed. Discussed with Samantha the hourly rate plus fuel surcharge as the only costs, and paid $100 deposit to book the time (credited to total at completion), which happened to be on Memorial Day.
The day of job, the crew called ahead of time to let me know ETA. Brandon and Gabe arrived on-time and were pleasant and professional.
Upon arrival, they "started the clock" on the 2.5 hrs booking. At that time, the contract was reviewed where I learned they were charging driving time with the truck (that I didn't request) at $135 an hour, and damage insurance.
Had to speak with Samantha that these additional fees were not discussed or disclosed at the time of booking. She stated she would waive the driving time fee and "downgraded" my insurance to "basic coverage" which is of no charge. She offered to "involve management" which I declined if she was waiving the undisclosed charges (I suspect management got involved as a boss called Brandon and he stepped away).
The unloading went smoothly without issues, and only took 45 minutes.
Overall, we received great, professional labor from Brandon and Gabe. But I am quite skeptical of JP Moving's integrity and business practice.

We used JP moving to move our equipment and other assorted items out of our current office space, and they did an amazing job! Very communicative, were extra diligent with all of the packing (in most cases even showing how they packed up a box before closing it up), and moved everything expediently and were super friendly! I can definitely see us using them again for our next move! We specifically worked with Arturo's team!

We had the pleasure of working with JP Moving yesterday. From the first contact we had with them until the last piece of furniture off the truck., the experience was shameless.

They were really nice and understanding while we were booking. The appointment guys showed up with a big truck and knocked it out faster than we were expecting. We plan on using them again in a month to clear out are storage unit.

JP Moving was excellent! I completed the quote process online and Samantha called me back within 30 minutes. The guys did a wonderful job packing and moving all of our belongings from the Westside to Rio Rancho, and we had A LOT of stuff, artwork and very large sculptures. I can not thank them enough for their kindness and humor.

What a great team!! Called last minute to move some furniture upstairs and was able to fit us in within two days. Pleasant, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!

JP movers is excellent! They moved everything with care , I mean they wrapped everything !! They even used moving blankets on doors and door frames so that they didn't get scratched or bumped in any way. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently but also lovingly to take care of all of our things to make sure they didn't get scratch or hurt in anyway.
I would certainly use this company again! and if you're looking for movers they're the ones 😊
