Steaming Red's service was excellent. They kept me informed of the process and brought to my attention areas of the carpet where issues were. They work efficiently, and the price is very reasonable. I greatly appreciated that they communicated with me as I was out of town when the services were provided. I recommend them to all.

Kevin was polite, professional and amazing. Our carpets were atrocious with the high traffic from a lot of kids and a ton of pets… he took the time to bring them back to looking and smelling better than ever.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with any service I have paid for. Amazing work, super professional, amazing customer service, and a very fair market price. All of the stains on my couch were removed. The couch smells clean, and everything happened very smoothly and quickly! Amazing work!!!

My basement carpet was heavily soiled and mildewed from my jacuzzi overflowing and Kevin restored it like new and was able to get all the water up and the mildew smell up.Also Kevin restored my carpeted stairs that was heavily soiled due to them being a high traffic area like new with a deep cleaning. I highly recommend and would definitely use their service again. He was on time and professional aswell

He showed up on time, he made my couch look amazing, he was easy and kind to work with, AND he has great prices. Kevin was amazing
The carpets were cleaned with the upmost care. He made sure to inform me about everything being done as he treated any stains and urine spots. Made sure they were gone. The fragrance he used to deodorize the carpet was refreshing. He also gave me samples of the freshener and the enzymes cleaner just in case the dogs made a mess on the carpets. I recommend this business to all!!!
