Mark listened to my concerns about use of pesticides particularly where desirable wildlife was concerned. He was very careful about where he sprayed, the type of spray used, and I am more than satisfied with the job he did.

I used them a few years ago and was pretty happy with them. We started seeing a influx of bugs this summer and decided to contact them again today. I called and the voice mail was full???? What's up with that? Your a business aren't you ?

I have been using Advantage Pest and Weed control for years now and I love them. I get quarterly pest sprays but will be trying the weed spray later this month for the first time.

We have used this company for a few years and have never had a bad experience. They are very responsive, always polite, and do a great job. Very easy to schedule service and make payments.

We've been using these guys for a couple years now and couldn't be happier. Bottom line is I don't like spiders especially these sun spiders that are something between a scorpion, spider, and satan's pet. We hired a couple other companies who guaranteed their demise but no luck. I canceled those contracts and starting spraying myself but we continued to see sun spiders and large wolf spiders all around our house. I thought i would try a company one more time after I had to get my three year old to squash a spider for me. That was the last straw. I've been with Advantage ever since.

I think the main guys name is Jeremy. He keeps to his word. Comes out on time and when we need him. Now we just have him apply around the house once a month, he sends a statement every three months and i get to keep my manhood by not getting my now 5 year old to kill spiders. It's a win win. Oh yeah...not to mention he also got rid of the ants. So, it's a win win lose (for the ants that is).

I have been a resident of Rio Rancho for many years and always seem to have some kind of pest problem. From ants,spiders,moths etc. Over the years I have always handled the pest issues myself, by purchasing products from over the counter. But the insects seems to never completely go away. I decided to call a pest control company and came across Advantage Pest Control They arrived on time with the time I provided and called ahead to make sure someone was home. From time of their arrival, they were very professional until job was completed. All the pests seem to be gone and now instead of spending hundreds of dollars on products. This will be an annual thing for me to use Advantage Pest Control in the future. It was worth the money!

We live in Rio Rancho NM and had a pest control company servicing our house for several years before we made a switch to Advantage Pest Control in Rio Rancho. Even with a quarterly service we had ants in our pavers, roaches in our flower bed and a few spider webs but our bug guy explained that these are hard to get rid of completely and it was just something we needed to understand. Not knowing any better we just kinda took it on the chin. Well, after Advantage Took over our bug control I saw a stark difference within the 1st 2 treatments we no longer had any of the pesky insects we did before. Oh, and here is the kicker…. We saved almost $100.00 per year!

Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and a good and focused worker. He listened to us but wasted no time getting the job done. Jacob thought of things we had not even thought of - for example, he found that some ants had been coming in through the outlet. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Worst service ever. We canceled our service back in September however a guy showed up and sprayed outside and we were sent a bill. My husband called and said they were not supposed to come anymore because we canceled the service. Now in January my husband gets a call saying we had a bill in collections from advantage pest control. He asked how that was possible since we haven't used them in months nor received any Bill's at the house. He called advantage to see what was going on and they said we needed to pay for when the guy sprayed outside in October even though it was their mistake, and not only that but we were supposed to pay the full amount even though they didn't spray the interior or garage. He asked why it was sent to collections without any notice and was told that they were sending him emails and when they verified his email it was incorrect. They said they had send paper Bill's each month...they absolutely did not. And they said they have been calling...again they have not and the phone bills prove it. She refused to do anything about this issue. Even when we had their service we were constantly needing resprays ahead of schedule. This service and company are one of the worst I have ever felt with. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Advantage came when they promised to be there, got right to work and solved our problem. Advantage is honest, dependable and competitively priced. I noticed how careful the tech was as he applied the product and how well his chemicals were contained and handled. We had great results in a short time.

WORST SERVICE EVER— both customer and actual quality of spray. ! They came to spray for weeds and bugs. 2 weeks later I still have bugs that are alive and well. Because they conned me into a contract service which said they would come back anytime there was a problem I asked them to do just that. They buegrudeoningly agreed but only after saying they would charge me another $100. I’ve had my house sprayed for bugs for years and have never had this kind of problem. Customer service was terrible and the lady was extremely rude and did not mind my cancelling service at all.

If you want your bugs gone call Advantage. They take time to ensure the service is done right. I've been with them for 4 years and have only seen 1 bug inside the house, and that's no joke.

We had a huge disgusting mice problem in our garage and backyard. Advantage came and within a week it was so much better! Now about a month out we haven't seen any mice or other bugs either! The staff is very professional and took care of all our concerns. The price is great and we are very happy!

Jeremy provided outstanding service. I had hired a different compant to spray our weeds 2 months earlier and every time they scheduled, they would never show up. Jeremy takes pride in his business and scheduled right away and sprayed our yard himself. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We will continue to use his company!

Eric has been to our house twice and is a very respectable young man. He was very good with our son and very polite with my wife and I. He explained everything to us and even brought up our trash cans! Have had a few techs come out over the past two years and he is by far the best one!

Highly recommend. Advantage is the best pest control company in New Mexico. Jeremy, the owner, is great to work with. I’ve been impressed with everyone I’ve interacted with at their company, and the service they provide is excellent.

Mark of Advantage Pest Control was knowledgeable about bugs and rodents and was able to answer the questions I had in addition to providing information that I did not know. He was courteous and professional. He also was on time for the appointment. Would highly recommend the company as well as Mark. Maria
