Robert Jaramillo was a pleasure to work with. I recently had some plumbing work done by Jaramillo’s Plumbing and couldn't be happier. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home and left everything clean when they were finished.
Robert explained the issue clearly and charged a very reasonable price, bless his heart. (I am retired and on a budget)

They showed up very quickly, and fixed the problem extremely quickly as well. they also were very nice and professional!

He came out once, discovered that I needed to get the water company to turn it on, then after they did he never returned a phone call in 3 days of calling. So I called someone else.

They showed up shortly after the incident was reported. Cleaned the drainage line and got everything running smooth in 15 min. Great Service!!!

In the past they would rarely show when called. Now they don't show up at all. They just quoted me $350 to make a $75 sheet metal transition. Don't use these guys.

Heater didn't come on when cold weather came in the last few days. I called they got back to me and scheduled a service call that afternoon. Saved me from a cold evening. Efficient, friendly, and reasonable can ask for more.

Called in the morning, they were out by lunch and finished in an hour. Extremely reasonable price and friendly service. Can't recommend enough.

Called for a week before anyone called back. Technician came out to diagnose HVAC problem, said he would get a quote they next morning. A week later finally have a quote, said I wanted to start work the next day, have not heard back in a week. They don't answer their phone, they don't return calls. Had to use TLC in Albuquerque.

Called and left a message. They called me back right away. He came after hours and right away when everyone else in town wouldn't be able to for a couple of days. He unclogged my drains in a timely manner. Great price. Would use again.

Called about my old water heater cracking; got here within 20 minutes of call, made sure to shut off anything that could have ended up being a midnight emergency and showed me what to do if anything happened.
Showed up the next day and installed a brand new water heater and necessary piping, fitting, and valves in less than 3 hours! Very impressive!

Thank you Robert and Tim for installing our new refrigerated air system! These guys did the whole job in 1 day and were very professional and had great customer service! Highly recommend to anyone needing Refrigerated air services! So nice to have a fresh house!! Thank you again!

Robert is very responsive. He guarantees his work and is very well priced. This last year I have called Robert with various pluming, AC and heating issues and every time he fixes the problem in a timely manner and work is always exceptional!!!

For a blower motor and a hvac cleaning was told it’s impossible to get the parts And a fire Hazard And had to be a full replacement. The guy who came out also said has his own company in Belen but they are family so neither will work on it

Had a different company come down from Belen and inspected and confirm it needed one of the most common blower motors, Evaporator cleaned and new filters and is not a fire hazard.

So $600 repair not the full system replacement that this scammer company wanted.

I needed some plumbing work and HVAC work done prior to selling a house. They were prompt, professional, and competent.
