Installation team went above and beyond to install new boiler. Very personable and easy to work with!

Installation of ionizer to forced-air furnace went smoothly today. The technician did a quick job and never mentioned anything about my furnace's condition. However, I received an email afterwards from NOCO which rated my furnace, hot water heater and other things. I'm pretty sure this is just a quasi-scam to get future business saying my furnace was "fair"; my hot water heater was "good". The furnace and other ductwork were put in new 12 years ago and our furnace is checked yearly (Fair?); the technician (who was good and professional) never even went into the room where our hot water heater is located -- and still he could rate it? The last item on the checklist stated: "Please schedule Estimate for Replacement" for me to respond. If there was a problem with any of the equipment, I would have expected the technician to show any problems, especially for the "fair" rating for the condition of my furnace. I only gave a 3-star rating because of the apparently misleading e-mail "checklist" from NOCO.

The technician told me the hot water tank was ruined. He said he would not be able to quote me a price . I wa told a second person would be out and quote me a price. I was quoted 4100 dollars. I called another company for a quote they fixed it in a half an hour and it cost only 270 dollars. Will not use NOCO ever again

Techs arrived within 2hrs of placing the service call. Arrived about 20 minutes earlier than estimated.
Diagnosed the issue quickly and were very polite and professional.

Our boiler malfunctioned and stopped working on a very cold windy day, and NOCO had a lot of calls but promised someone would come before days end. When the technician arrived, it was Shawn, hands down the best technician we have ever had for anything! He never gives up til he finds the answer! 45 minutes later we had heat again!

Mr. Troy Harlach was very nice and very thorough. He explained everything he found wrong and showed us the broken part in the vent. He did a great job for us.

NOCO, after inquiries to local Heating companies, responded to our request. Salesman was knowledgeable about the company, it's history & what would meet our heating needs! Couldn't ask for a better install by their technicians!! Price was higher then anticipated, however, everything isn't what it used to be. Yes, will call them again when needed!

Troy came out in the late afternoon and diagnosed the issue quickly. He explained that I had a bad control board. Chris stopped by the next day with a new one and installed it. The whole thing took less than 24hrs. I have heat again! Thanks guys

Furnace died 3 am, called Noco they had a tech here by 1pm that day. Had us repaired and back with heat quickly. Tech was great, price was not too bad.

Technician was on time. 1100 dollar cost of repair. No receipt for work or payment was available. Tech said it would be e-mailed, but Noco doesn't have my email. How am I supposed to know what I paid for?

We would definitely recommend NOCO for all of your heating and cooling needs. We called their company at 2 o’clock this morning and a service technician was here before 8 AM. He had all the tools and parts he needed to fix our problem. Fast, friendly, professional service.

The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt in providing their service. The team that handled my removal and installation were extremely professional and answered all of my questions.

Blower motor had more or less burned out and run its course. Troy quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue, went to get the new part and quickly installed it. Did a great job!

He was very good explaining everything he did when he set up my system. He worked vey well with a blind person, showed me how to work the thermostat and disconnected certain things so I couldn’t get into trouble.
