They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. The did an excellent job and left the area as clean as they found it. Price was competitive. I would highly recommend this company.

They dropped large sections of tree onto my lawn which made large divits in my lawn. They then dropped a section of tree which hit my house and damaged several panels of siding, which had to be replaced. They also price gouged charging $550 to take one piece of the top od the tree and bring it to the ground. Not the whole tree, just a section, already broken off. Run, do not use these guy!!

Needed a Spruce tree trimmed that was overhanging over the driveway and blocking a portion of my home. Jim and his team showed up went over what needed to be done and went right to work. The crew was professional, prompt and cleaned up any sign of debris that came from the work. Would definitely use a again and refer to others.

Today was the second time having Jime's crew here. The first was nine or ten years ago; that was a major day-long project that involved a huge crane and the removal of several very large dead and dying trees.

Today, only one tree was removed -- a spruce that had overgrown its location -- and its stump obliterated. As before, the crew members were friendly, professional, quick, thorough, and very conscientious (including a complete clean-up of the removal area, as well as the lawn, street, and driveway). This project was arranged just yesterday, with a visit to set the cost.

I have no qualms about recommending Jime's, and will certainly use them again if the need arises for additional tree removals.

Hate your neighbors? Hire these guys. THey will issue a 7:40am wake up call with chainsaws so you can get your petty revenge. And for no extra cost they will park in front of your neighbors' mailboxes just to mess with them.

I had 6 trees removed from my yard and several trees trimmed. Jime’s Tree Service did an exceptional job. I highly recommend them. Professional and courteous. One tree in the back yard was 100 feet tall and loomed over the house. I was impressed by how quickly it came down and how easy they made it look. It was clear that Rick had lots of experience with his crane. I had no worries as they worked. After the trees were down, the crew cleaned up my yard so well you could barely tell they had been there. My yard looks beautiful. Rick took great care to protect the lawn from the weight of the crane. My only complaint was that they are so busy that I had to wait longer than I expected.

ER Tree Service just did an amazing job trimming branches off several huge trees and removing one tree completely. The crew was very professional, efficient and cleaned up all the wood chips when the job was finished. I highly recommend using their services.

Great service fitting my budget. Emerson, gave an estimate to remove an aged, huge dead tree. Promptly the work was started by 10 guys. Juan climbed the tree, as cutting the branches and gradually going up and up to 40 feet high and then came down cutting the trunk carefully to avoid damages to objects on the ground.
Other guys cleaned up the brushes, branches, grinding them to mulch. The tree stump was grounded and the mulch was removed.
The stump roots which were elevating the walkway was only partially grounded, though that was in contract. Repeated requests were ignored by Jose, the supervisor. Emerson did not show up. As the logs were loaded, Salvador asked for payment. I expressed my thanks for great job, except for not finishing the job to perfection. I may need to hire someone else to get the stump-root on the walkway to get the concrete slabs placed back evenly.
On a whole, ER Tree services is a good company with great team, but the communication from Salesman to the supervisor need to improve to complete the job as expected by the client.

These guys took down a dead cherry tree behind my town house. It was a large tree near the deck and AC unit and they cleared it with no issues. They worked fast and left no mess behind. The whole tree was removed down to the stump. Done before noon! easy to communicate and schedule via text message. 5 stars!

Scheduled for someone to come out for an estimate to remove trees and the stumps. They scheduled for someone to come out in two weeks for estimate since they were backed up, which I was fine. Person came out for quick estimate and I thought it was reasonable price. They said within a week they can get to work. A week passes by, nothing. I give a call and the lady says she'll reach out to the workers for a time. A couple days go by and the lady calls me back saying they can come out in a couple weeks...Eventually, they came after a couple weeks passed and removed the trees and leftover brushes, but they didn't have the stump grinding machine to remove the stumps. I had to wait another week for them to come back out with the machine. They came back after a week and removed the stumps. This all took about a month.

They seem to often be backed up in schedule. Not sure if because they're getting a lot of request, which is good for them, but don't expect to get any service done immediately. Despite the time scheduling, the service done was good, they were at least responding to my calls and giving status updates upon request.

We contracted with ER Tree to remove some large shrubs. The staff were prompt, efficient, and left the worksite very neat. David, who provided the estimate and supervised the removal, was very good about keeping us updated on their schedule, and walking through all the elements of the job.

Emerson has perfect several tree jobs for my property management company. Always professional, very quick with estimates and does an amazing job. Always my go to guy!!

I found ER Tree Service through Angi. After speaking with two other contractors, I decided to hire ER Tree Service based on price and responsiveness. It was a great decision! They arrived on time, completed the job very quickly and professionally and were very considerate of my existing lawn and structures (taking down a very large tree can cause potential problems but ER Tree Service was very professional). I'd highly recommend ER Tree Service!

Er tree service did an excellent job. There prices were reasonable, Emerson and his team were very professional. They cleaned up well after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

ER Tree services removed an extremely large pine tree from our back yard. They gave us the best price, by far, out of all 5 of our estimates and they not only removed the tree safely and quickly but there is no evidence that there was a tree cut down in our yard. They were very professional and right on time as well. We have a few more we need removed and will definitely be calling them. They will having repeat business from us and high recommendations.

About two weeks ago I started calling around to get quotes on getting two very large trees removed from my yard and some shrubs/bushes. Every one I had come out wanted $3-4,000. A family member of mind had a tree removed and recommended ER Tree service so I gave them a call. My wife was home when the gentleman came out to do the quote. $1900 for both trees removed. $300 extra if we got the bushes/shrubs done the same day. If they we didn’t it would be $500 another day. So we opted to do both trees and bushes. They called on a Saturday saying they could come out Monday. Monday came and the crew actually arrived earlier than stated. When I say they worked there tails off this crew came in and did just that. In a time where people can be scammed or a price is too good to be true ER Tree service is the opposite. Reasonably priced, professional service and they do amazing work. I highly, highly recommend their services.

The crew from ER Tree Service did an exceptional job when removing a dangerously rotted 40-foot tree from our back yard. That tree had been killed by ivy. They arrived promptly, and with great energy for that hour of the morning. I watched the whole procedure. They operated as a well-oiled machine, and moved confidently and quickly. Excellent work.
