Extremely poor service from Sear Appliance! They claim to have technicians, but it's a scam to deceive customers. Despite scheduling consecutive appointments over two days, no one shows up to repair your appliance. Be cautious and avoid dealing with Sear Appliance altogether - it's a virtual scam."

The Sears repairman, Patrick, with 40+ years of experience, figured out the problem immediately. It wasn’t something I could have figured out from the users manual or on-line or phone troubleshooting. He said this issue was the first time he’d encountered it in his 40+ years of experience. The repair was rescheduled 3 times because they cancelled appointments each time. A simple dishwasher repair that should and could have been done in 2 days was delayed a month because technician was cancelled 3 times. Definitely customer service isn't a priority for sears anymore
