They installed a high velocity AC unit for me and did a great job. Since then I've used them for several HVAC repairs and always seem to be fair priced and good service.

After our "go-to" guys stiffed us on finding a gas leak for two days, then finally told us that they couldn't do the job anyway, I Google searched to find someone else. Glad I stumbled on these guys. Came out right away, tackled a PITA job and did it with the friendliest technician you'd ever wanna' meet: Mark. Sean at headquarters (owner? boss?) was great on the phone. We will definitely be turning to these guys for future service!

I have known this company for 2 years and they did multiple jobs for us. They have always been responsive and satisfactory. The business owners Shawn and Lisa are excellent at customer care and relations. They are one of the best companies I've come to know here in their field. Recommended.

I am a small business owner that has used this company for many years. In the past 6 months after having our yearly service check up by ACE and having to spend money to get parts fixed, I had to call them numerous times about the same issues. This last time after being told it was due to a power outage & needed only to flip the circuit, he proceeded to write down inaccurate time of arrival & departure. He was here 4o minutes yet charged me for 2 hours of work. FORTY MINUTES TO JUST FLIP A SWITCH. I am embarrassed for these owners if this is how their company is being run. I will never use them again & will not recommend them to anyone either.

Our company uses them for all of our maintenance and preventative maintenance needs. They take care of our HVAC, fans, exhaust fans and ductless systems and anything else I can throw at them and ALWAYS surpass my expectations. Shawn provides superior knowledge and honesty above all. He always works hard to make sure we are satisfied. Mitch is amazing! Hard working, patient, professional and knowledgeable. You cant get better service! Highly recommend!

Heatwave just serviced several pieces of heating and cooling equipment. The work was done meticulously and professionally, and we were given an explicit explanation and assessment of functionality. They also cleaned our ducts - excellent work! We highly recommend them as professional and competent.

Heat Wave returned today for a routine tune up of my furnace. Tony was my technician, and as with everyone I’ve encountered at Heat Wave, he did an outstanding job. He gave me a thorough evaluation of my system, and answered all of my questions patiently. I can’t say enough good things about the Heat Wave personnel. Barry gave me an estimate and was very informative and helpful with providing furnace and ac options and helping me understand the process. Tom and his crew came to install my new furnace and ac unit and did an excellent job. I'm so glad I chose Heatwave Heating and Cooling. Could not recommend more. We did a very large job, retrofitting an entire historic home with ductwork. We had about 7 estimates and went with Heateave. From sales (Brian), to design (Barry) to install (Tom), everyone at Heatwave was clearly competent and at the top of the field.

The only review you need to read! I had quotes from 6 different companies for both a furnace and AC and Heatwave offered the best equipment (Trane) at the best price. Heatwave examined the current system and performed sizing calculations to determine what we needed for our home. The other companies that came in for quote only offered handwavy you need this or that tonnage because they 'could just tell' (which some got wrong!). Heatwave created a few quotes for us with different options (heat only, AC + heat, etc) and walked us through the different component recommendations.
There was no pushy sit down sales pitch (like a couple companies tried) which was refreshing and allowed us to sit with the quotes and call when ready. Removal and installation was fantastic. They wore booties when in the home, worked quietly, and were extremely respectful. They were also very careful with closing doors as we have a toddler running around. Oh and they even vacuumed and wiped down any surfaces that may have gotten dirty in the process! You wouldn't have even known they were there. Heatwave even moved the condenser location to another side of the house to avoid the dryer outlet without hesitation. At the end of the install they walked my wife and I around to show us the work performed, how to use the equipment, and how to maintain it. Oh and they even filed the rebates on our behalf! Writing this review 3 months past install (both AC and heat experienced), I would go to Heatwave again and recommend you use their services as well! Trust me, I have one heck of a spreadsheet comparing the 5 other top companies that quoted (and another 15+ that we didn't bother calling) and Heatwave was heads and shoulders above the rest.

with 3 separate White Rogers Zone valves and has challenged countless other mechanics/ technicians. But not JAKE.
