Plumbing reviews in Amherst, New York

I called Kevin for a kitchen sink. The appointment was for the next day 4:30 - 5:00pm. He was a no show! I called him left a message and still haven't heard from him.

I've used Kevin's services for a couple years now and he's done great plumbing work for me and at my mom's house. This includes updating toilets, drains, laundry tubs and other household repairs.

Kevin is fantastic and professional, and very courteous. Kevin came out on a Sunday when my family and I had a water leaking emergency. A1, superb service. He even pointed out other plumbing issues from previous plumbers work and will help us rectify those issues. Highly recommended.

Super company! Kevin came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. We had a sump pump emergency—Kevin came by within the hour, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote on the spot, and came back the next morning to fix. He and his team were kind, capable, professional, and respectful. Will definitely use again!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Kevin is incredible. He showed up about 25 minutes after being called. Was honest, clean, and extremely reasonable. He took the time to make sure I had all of my questions answered and just made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Kevin . He came immediately to fix a pipe burst due to the cold temps. Kevin gave suggestions to me regarding helping the situation. It was very helpful. If needed, I will certainly call for his services again!

Highly recommend Kevin! I had my sump pump stop working and a basement full of water. One call and he was at my house in what seemed like just minutes! He was very respectful and explained everything to me! He assured me he would get the problem taken care of and that is exactly what he did! I will be telling all my friends /family about my wonderful experience with this company.

I called Kevin in a panic – water was leaking from the upstairs toilet through the floor and coming out of the downstairs wall. There was also water leaking into the basement. Kevin sent two of his guys over to fix the problem. They were prompt and fixed the issue really quickly – such professionals! The guys also looked at some other things for me and also tightened my kitchen faucet (it had been loose for quite some time). I absolutely recommend Kevin's Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable, professional Plumber! Thank you Kevin and Staff.
