Reviews of local pros in Amherst, New York

William has serviced our tree and shrub service for many years. He is very thorough and maintains our 3/4 acre estate with truly professional service.

I prepaid $1k for lawn and mosquito services for the season. TruGreen was a no-show for all scheduled appointments except for one and I've spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get the no-shows rescheduled. It's a horrific customer experience. Customer service reps give incorrect dates just to get you off the phone, assure me that TruGreen will arrive, and then don't show up OR proactively reschedule. I have to call every time to beg someone to come and perform the services I already paid for. Their products are ineffective and it's the most appalling customer experience. Stay far, far away. I just canceled my entire account and will be going with a different company. So many wasted hours on the phone with this incompetent company.

Reliable and reasonably priced, trugreen has always helped my yard look its best. Lately I've been getting their mosquito service and even though I'm in the middle of a swamp it definitely helps keep the bugs away.

Omari was my service specialist. He took care of the pest control, and did an excellent job. He sprayed all around the perimeter of my foundation ( including on my deck where it attaches to my house) and around the windows. He was pleasant and professional. In all, an awesome job. I highly recommend

As I have shared in the past. It is Dan who gives the LOCAL assurance that treatments are what they should be. TruGreen is getting too big for customer comfort. Without Dan it would not feel good. He goes the extra mile to communicate and make me feel that there is a person beyond the service application that actually cares.

Got my lawn done again and Marquis was very thorough withTruGreen services. Marquis was my specialist and he was friendly and very knowledgable about their product. He did a wonderful job! Highly recommend TruGreen

Jeyson did an excellent job with the service.
I appreciated his patience in explaining the details of the application and condition of my lawn.

The TruGreen service specialist Thomas Howell did an outstanding job and provided very informative feedback and insight. Thomas always impresses me with his work and attention to detail.

Horrible Company, Pay for lawn care and weed control and the workers aren't even placing down the product. I have video footage of them not even doing my property and they are putting their summary they are completing the service when they aren't. How this business is still around is wild. I love they are 100% satisfaction but keep calling to have some one re-apply and they don't do anything. I have footage of the guy just walking around and not even spraying.

Truegreen sparyer came and sprayed all threw my backyard and all around the. premeter around the driveway and shed where wild grass was growing.

Noah is an excellent associate of Tru Green. A very polite, courteous and professional young man. He is a great asset to your company.
He explained all the treatments to me that we would be getting today.

Today Elizabeth did a great job on the lawn. You could tell she paid attention to detail to cover all areas. I would have to say she performed the best lawn service out of the five treatments that I had this year. Bill Thompson

David was understanding , had a great personality and was aware of our property dimensions.
I appreciate getting a text when Trugreen is coming and arrives so that if there are any misunderstandings i can meet worker.
Can you share with me when the next application will be done ,
Respectfully,
Eli

Matt introduced himself and answered my questions with helpful suggestions. He completed service and followed my instruction.

TruGreen has been a terrific company taking great care of my lawn. Sorry that we were not home when the aeration was done today. We had a medical appointment..
I inspected the lawn and the work was very satisfactory. I compliment your technician for a job well done!

I was very pleased with the service I received today. Representative was very professional and did what was expected of him. I like to have him come again.. thank you!

Great first experience with using Tru green. Their attention to detail is amazing. Very informative and there communication through text and emails is very helpful.

Most professional company I've ever contracted with. I have used TruGreen for years now -they are a 10/10 in every way. Lasting, visible results. I once called them with a question about my lawn and just a day or two later, there were 6-8 TruGreen workers/representatives on my front lawn doing a thorough inspection. I was blown away and have been hooked ever since. They take this job seriously and take care of their customers. They couldn't be easier to work with. I have recommended them to literally everyone who has asked me about lawncare services. They have a forever customer!

Cordaro was excellent! Highly recommend and would like for him to continue servicing my house!
