I have been using Imperial Cleaning for about three years. They are very punctual, which is important to me because I'm self-employed and sitting around waiting is not a good use of my time. They are also accommodating when I need to make a change. I believe they are fairly priced, and they do a good job cleaning my house and addressing my specific requests when I have them.

What a great company! From booking the appointment to the team that comes over...everyone was friendly and professional. I have my house cleaned by Imperial for the past several years. Rachael and her crew are excellent. When they leave, my house sparkles especially my floors. With 2 little dogs, my floors do get messy but Rachael makes sure they are super clean. They are professional, hard working and trustworthy. Diane H.

I helped my sister vet cleaning services for our mom who is advanced age. Imperial Cleaning responded promptly and answered all our questions. I am in town visiting my family and was here for the bi-weekly cleaning. The team of cleaners arrived right on time, did a great job and professional and pleasant to deal with. Our mom is a difficult customer and the cleaners are flexible with her and get along with her well. My sister who is the primary contact has said the communication is excellent. Terence came todo my pool area. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process and was done in a timely manner. He even took good care of the furniture around the pool moving it out of the way so it didn’t get dirty. The results were amazing!! I will be requesting Terence in the spring todo my house. I spoke with John on a Wednesday evening. As a real estate broker and manager, I had a home that had been moved out of and was left in a highly "non-showable" condition. John was able to get me a cleaning crew at the house on Friday at 8:00 a.m. they worked tirelessly until 4:00 p.m.
After his crew was finished, the house was a total 180. It was clean, shiny and without odors (years of multiple animals living in the house). It was perfectly ready for showings that weekend.
I highly recommend Imperial cleaning and would use again without question.
