Diana and her team of 3 (4 in total) did a first-time deep clean of my house today. Fantastic!Jon had come for an estimate the week prior and was very responsive. I was impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness during the walkthrough.

Imperial Cleaning has been working for us since 1998. Many teams cleaned my house over the years. Currently Norma, Lorena and Hilda are coming for about a couple of years. I have been using Imperial Cleaning to clean my house for over 6 years now I believe. They actually clean both of my houses. Always on time. Friendly staff and no issues with cleaning. I trust them. Vilma, Nidia and Wendy are amazing! I love them. Always on time. If any issues they call me if running late which is rare. I have recommended them to my friends too. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been using Imperial Cleaning regularly for the past 2 years & I have had basically the same people cleaning that entire time. Norma & her crew of Hilda & Lorena are dependable , efficient and attentive to details when cleaning my home. I have 2 dogs & they dust, clean & vacuum all corners of my house & leave it smelling fresh & clean. In addition to all the usual household scrubbing, they regularly wipe down & clean my mountain of kitchen cabinets—something I never could seem to get to myself . I scheduled a cleaning for a “moving in clean” and I was not disappointed with the service and timely labor. I worked with Jon and Andre to set this up around 2 weeks before our move in date and they were responsive, affordable and provided an excellent job. I had 3 woman arrive promptly at 3:00 to clean 2 floors (4 bed, 3 full baths, a kitchen, dining area, living room and den. They cleaned everything from top to bottom including cabinets, windows and floors. They finished the job around 7:00 which is what time they had estimated to us that they would finish. They communicated before the cleaning and during that if the time was going to be less or more than what they needed, they would let me know. That was I wasn’t over charged for any additional time. The service, communication and over all experience what exactly what we were looking for. It was a no brainer and helped take some of the stress off an obviously stressful situation. 10/10 would recommend using Imperial Cleaning for move in/move out/ordinary cleaning services!!!

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Giving Them Chances

We hired Imperial Cleaning for what was supposed to be a deep clean after renovating our home. We were very specific that we wanted all renovation dust removed, especially from the floors. They underestimated the time in their quote—which was fine—but even so, we ended up paying over $1,200.

What we got was nowhere close to a deep clean. The proof? When my wife stepped barefoot on our hard tile floor afterward, her feet turned black. We escalated the issue, pointing out that after spending well over $1,000, this level of work was unacceptable—especially since we had been loyal customers for several years (despite often feeling their service was underwhelming). Their “solution” and “token of appreciation” for years of business was to offer one free hour of cleaning.

Against our better judgment, we gave them another chance recently. We were again extremely clear about what needed to be done—cleaning our foyer and tile areas thoroughly. What did we get? Dirt stains, crumbs, and a generally disappointing result. Worse yet, they ruined our grout. They agreed to come back for 30 minutes to fix what they missed, but they stayed maybe 15 minutes, and the grout was still a mess. Because they stained it with their dirty mops, we now have to replace the grout entirely at our own expense.

In short: We’ve spent thousands of dollars with Imperial Cleaning over the years, and the consistent pattern is overpromising, underdelivering, and refusing to take real responsibility. If you value your time, money, and home, look elsewhere.

We used Imperial Cleaning to power wash the exterior of our home. Jon and Terence were a pleasure to work with. Jon was responsive and came quickly to our house to give a quote (very fair pricing) and confirmed they would use a softer wash to accommodate the vinyl siding. Terence took pride in his work and made sure the house was sparkling—going over certain areas up to 3 times. He pretreated and post treated our plants surrounding the house so they didn’t soak up the chemicals. Both Jon and Terence were patient with any questions I had and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend!

Management and supervisors address and resolve any issues promptly. Their pricing is reasonable, and they offer a wide range of services. We are very satisfied with their work.
