Amazing service and a very good price for all the work that was done. Will definitely be getting work done from here again!

Unclogged one rain gutter (beer can and some leaves), installed wire mesh over four gutter openings (each opening approx. 5 inches square), glued down existing black rubber roof sheeting in corners and along the edges, painted rubber sheeting silver (roof area approx. 1,300 square feet). Total work time was about five hours.

The owner Mohammed Arshad and his colleague were professional and very nice. They showed up promptly, but did not give me an estimate for the work they would be doing. Mr. Arshad left and let his colleague do the work by himself, and then returned after about five hours and asked for  $1,700. I paid him because it's my fault I didn't ask for an estimate, but this price seems extraordinarily high for the small amount of materials used and work done. I will never use his service again because their prices are way too expensive.

Ammad is a very responsible and honest young man. He does a good job of exampling the entire construction process and what I as the client can expect. He did my roof and completed pointing on my property in Astoria. I will call him again if I need anything.

Really impressed with the quality and the time frame of the work that was done. There were some days where my husband wasn’t around but Ammad was patient with explaining what the day would consist of and what they’d accomplish. Definitely will be a returning customer as since he’s very communicative and easy to get in touch with.

He did my kitchen and he knew how to make it look bigger in a small space. And the job got done on time. So far I have gotten rave reviews and I would highly recommend him.
