It looks like a knowledgable place but a group of staff was outside 15 min before closing time blocking the entrance already. Dont go there last minute, you wont have a chance!!!

Older man works there doesn't even understand type of lights he get confused and bring me a light that I can buy much cheaper at home depot. Even tho I told him I spend hours to look for this kind of downlight I even bring him example looks like he doesn't know what he's doing there. You have to know what are you selling and understand your job good or go back to drive Uber man 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was struggling to load 4x8 sheets into my car outside a Home Depot on a windy day and a guy from Twin Brothers stopped his car and came and helped me load them in. It was incredibly kind and unexpected and I really appreciate it!

Ally at twin gave me one price for light fixture, waited a week for it to come in, changed the price when I went to pick up. Found the same light at N&W electrical supply in sunset and cash and carry electrical for same original pricing. Now I have to wait another week to pick it up from N&W. Eventually ordered 30 lights and all the electrical supply I needer for my home renovation. Ally agreed that you should record him telling you to price next time. Never going to twin again for products on any future jobs. I wrote this review back in 2019, but just realized I posted it to the wrong store.

The electrician was very rude and hung up on me when I told him I own a shop in Queens center mall, saying they don’t work with the mall. I didn’t even get to say another word. I was trying to explain that I didn’t need him to come to the mall. I would come to him for the project I need to be done smh.

Peter was great, quickly restored power, was very professional and courteous.strongly recommend to everyone. Cross land is the way to go.
