Peter from Crossland Management is very professional and trustworthy. I had him add a new electric meter to the existing building which have 2 meters. It took him around 3 weeks to pull the permit and do the work. But, it took 3 months for Con Edison to their stuff. I'm not complaining, it was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. So, the appointment with Con Edison got pushed back for 2 months. Overall, I'm very satisfied with him and the company. I would highly recommend him and his company for all electrical works in NYC.

Peter is a friendly, knowledgeable and amazing electrician. I hired him twice for a ceiling fan that needed a professional installation. The first time Peter tried to install it, he noticed that the ceiling fan company sold me a defective item and I was able to get a replacement. Peter returned and made sure it was working as he installed it. Peter is patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Peter since he is now my electrician.

Peter and Anthony were very professional and honest with the prices! I got several quotes from others and most were vague with prices. One person quoted me triple and said it would take a whole day to complete. Peter came to look at it and found the problem within 20 minutes.

I called Peter to help diagnose an issue with my building's doorbell. Turns out, due to shoddy construction practices, the whole doorbell system was shot. After talking it over, we decided to change the whole thing and put in an intercom system. He came in on Saturday and we wrapped up the remaining bits the next day. Peter was communicative, knowledgeable, and did a great job despite the difficulties presented in the building itself. Thank you, Peter!

What I truly like about the staff is when they came out the fist of two times the electrician was trying his best to prevent having to go into the wall and install a new wire. I was with him every step of the way and I can honestly say that the old wiring could not be saved/repaired.

He was very helpful and we arranged to have George come to my friend's apartment where he was able to successfully replace the broken light. George was responsible, reliable, trustworthy and got the job done efficiently and with a smile. I came away from this experience very pleased and would call Peter and his team without a doubt the next time I need an electrician. I highly recommend this company.

The service was very professional, reliable, and economical.
I had minimal contact with ConEd as Crossland took care of what was needed.
All appointments were kept on time.
Crossland took extra steps to place pipes/wires/meters “out of the way” so they would be less visible.

Peter and his team did an excellent job of clearing an old electrical violation on a house we were selling. Cleaned up worked areas and extremely professional and due diligance with the Dept of Buildings. Would highly recommend!

Peter and crew were great. We had some warehouse lighting that needed to be repaired. Peter responded to my call the same day, got me a quote and was back the next morning with his guys to do the job. They were able to do the replacements in tight spaces and work around our warehouse without asking me a thing. Finished the whole job in one afternoon and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a great experience and would definitely use again.

I had an open electrical application dating back to 2003 that was never closed and prevented me from obtaining the CO. I received a Request For Corrective Action (RCA) from the DOB to close the applications and obtain the CO. The original contractor was long gone and I wasn't sure how to proceed. I spoke with Peter and explained the situation. He quickly figured out what needed to be done, did the work, scheduled the inspections, and in no time closed the applications and got the CO. He took care of everything. Along the way, Peter answered all my calls and took the time to explain the work he was doing. I'm grateful for his professionalism. Highly recommended.

Recently I heard a buzz noise from my electrical panel when two air conditioners were on at the same time. I got a call from Peter right after I sent a request for an electrician to Angi list. Peter came next morning which was a Sunday to assess the issue and sent him team member Jay on next morning, Jay worked tirelessly for 7 hours to install a new electric panel.
