I gave my Moroccan rug for cleaning, and the service was very good. The pickup and delivery made everything easy. The rug looks brighter now, and the woven texture feels clean. I’m happy with the result.

Fantastic Turkish rug cleaning service. My old Kilim runner had become very dirty from constant hallway traffic and years of use. The woven texture also started feeling stiff from embedded dirt. The technicians explained that Flatweaves require deep dust removal before washing because dirt settles into the foundation over time. They cleaned the rug thoroughly at their warehouse and repaired loose fringe while it was there. When the rug returned, it honestly looked years younger. The reds and oranges appeared vibrant again and the texture felt soft and flexible. Excellent work overall.

Two thumbs up to Thomas of Oriental Rug Repair who was very professional and nice. He showed up on time and prepared. He went immediately to cleaning my 9x12 wool rugs and was able to finish in no time.

I gave them my rug to clean 2 weeks ago. The price quoted seemed a bit high, but it was an old rug and needed attention. They told me they would deliver today between 3-5 pm. They never showed. I called many times and then walked over to the address which doesn’t exist! Will file a police report in the morning.
I am editing this review because they rectified the situation and did deliver my carpet and did a good job with it. The delivery staff did a fantastic job with installing it for me and was very nice.

At first, I was skeptical about these guys but after they greeted me and started their work. I was totally awed on how they professionally worked on my 12x18 Persian rug. They have great tools and cleaning agents. The cleaning process was timely and no stinking smell remained. Best go-to rug cleaning service for you as well!

The rug had a musty smell that I couldn’t get rid of myself. After cleaning, that was completely gone. The rug feels fresher overall and more pleasant to have in the room.
