I have been using this service for several months and the cleaners have been inconsistent. My last experience with Amidatou was terrible. She arrived 90 minutes late and after THREE hours was not finished cleaning an EMPTY small one bedroom apartment (550 sq ft). I have not moved into the apartment yet so stopped by today to look at the final work and the bathroom and kitchen were still dirty. I only attached kitchen pictures due to camera limitations with photographing the glass and tile in the bathroom. This service was $300+ and I still have to re-clean some of this apartment. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: I received $25 off for my trouble so this service was $299.42 - a small consolation for the sub-standard service.

I booked Planet Maids to do a move out clean and they were fantastic. The booking process was very easy, even when I had to push back the day when my move-in date was pushed back. Milagros arrived 10 minutes early and proceeded to tackle the full apartment cleaning right away. She took care of some very challenging areas (grout, inside of the oven, years of kitchen grease) and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them!

I am so happy with this service! My apartment looks great and doesn’t smell like harsh chemicals. My cleaner took her time and did a thorough job, and it shows. Excited to keep my place sparkling with the monthly discount :)

The team at Planet Maids was amazing. I have the extra difficult job of having to manage the care of a friend in NY while I am in CA. Planet Maids worked with me every step of the way, keeping me posted and ensuring that they did the best job possible. Afterwards I spoke with my friend in NY who I had the cleaning done for and he was VERY happy with the results. This is very important, as he is incapacitated and needs 24/7 aide and is not very responsive, so to have him be excited over the cleaning shows you just what a great service Planet Maids provides. I have secured them to come back regularly now and could not recommend them more wholeheartedly.

Had a great experience with Planet Maids for a move-out cleaning! The scheduling + quote process was seamless, and Katherine did an amazing job. She showed up right on schedule, was super efficient, and the place was sparkling after her work. Highly recommend.

Isabella was very sweet. She did an amazing job helping me clean (having a toddler as well is hard keeping my home mess free) just in time for the holidays. I loved how she didnt use chlorine and used Meyers product. I do recommend her.

Can't recommend Planet Maids (and specifically, Patricia) who came and did an amazing clean of our 2BR apartment. She was incredibly thorough and did a walk through once she was done to make sure I was satisfied. Looking forward to regular cleanings with Planet Maids.

The cleaner did an excellent job! My apartment is sparkling, thank you so much! We requested a deep clean for the apartment with a focus on our bathroom and kitchen. It was great! Got a discount because it was our first time with Planet maids! Good price, would definitely recommend.

Planet maids was great! Very communicative and prompt. The state of the apartment was pretty awful so I needed a deep clean She scrubbed up things I never thought would be clean again ! Only negative would be the lack of a full size vacuum and mop/bucket for the floors She used a swiffer and a tiny vacuum Would def recommend

I had an amazing experience with Planet Maids! I made the booking completely online for the following day. I received a follow up text confirming the appt and Marilú was at my door right on time. She brought everything needed including a vacuum cleaner and worked swiftly and diligently. It took about 2 and a half hours just as advertised. She did an amazing job!! And we are now committed to a biweekly cleaning schedule. I 100% recommend this service.

Had a great experience with this team! I had a few pieces of furniture to assemble, 2 large tvs to mount (50+ inches), & mirrors/frames to hang & they listened to my input & worked very precisely. They were super quick & professional. Will definitely be reaching out for all my handy man needs!
