So I have been using them for a while now, don’t remember the exact date they first came out. But they are overall good maids. Nothing to complain about from them really. The price they have is pretty good overall for the service that they provide with cleaning my house.

This a great service for people who don't work at home. They have lots of availability and are flexible with scheduling on weekends or late at night. They change the sheets for me and clean under the bed! Great service all around.

I am happy to say Planet Maids did a really good job deep cleaning my apartment. I don't ever have a cleaning service clean my apartment but it was time for a treat and it was time to get help with the details that I generally miss when I clean. The cleaner ( I don't know the correct spelling of her name and I feel bad not being able to give her an well deserved shout out here) was so kind and sweet. She did.a great job.

Alketa did an amazing job in making sure my apartment was deep cleaned and spotless. She made sure to get into all the cracks and crevasses that have been filled with dust and dirt for awhile. I cannot highly recommend her enough and Planet Maids for their deep cleaning in addition to their terrific customer service.

I do not recommend this company. I was very unsatisfied with the state of my apartment post "deep clean." I paid extra for my baseboards to be cleaned, but that did not happen. Half of my baseboards were still completely covered in years of dust and soot. It was evident that furniture was not moved in order to clean the baseboards. I expected that by paying for a deep clean, that would include dusting (which is included in a deep clean), but nothing was dusted. I am happy with the cleanliness of the inside of my fridge and my bathroom, but that is pretty much it. My friend recommended this company after she paid for a deep clean and said her apartment was "sparkling clean" when she got home. I expected the same, but did not get that result, even though I paid $332 for my booking, plus a $60 tip. Nothing under my bed had been cleaned. The company told me that their "cleaners are not allowed to move furniture," but that is not stated as a disclaimer anywhere on their website. How is an apartment supposed to be deep cleaned, if not one single item of furniture or decor is moved? If I want my apartment cleaned again, I will hire another service or do it myself.

Akita was wonderful. Did a fabulous job cleaning, everything was pristine and
beautiful. She was efficient and did the best job. They were communicative and will definitely use them again.
