Joseph came and was very polite, so I trusted him and let him take two rugs, both of which are very valuable to me, to clean via their pickup service. They brought them back after five days with no stains and they looked AMAZING!

The rug cleaning process was explained clearly, and after a week, my rug came back looking clean without any damage. Very reliable team.
