The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the customer service (not the cleaning). I requested a deep cleaning which is $275. This is steep IMO but I wanted a real deep cleaning and was willing to pay in lieu of my own time. The cleaning took 7 hours and was not done. We had to call the company to tell them that the cleaner did not clean the fridge, cabinets, vacuum the rug and more when this is all included in the deep cleaning option. There was also dust still on windows sills and debri on the fridge that wasn’t cleaned. They clearly didn’t use tile cleaner in the shower (there was some buildup on the white parts) since I just sprayed some tilex took a sponge and the white parts of the tile glistened. They use horrible cleaning products - clearly cheap stuff. On top of all of that, my burner was left on .. I walked into the kitchen while she was still here cleaning and instantly smelled the gas. When you pay for a deep cleaning, you should have a spotless house that smells clean. Very unsatisfied customer

I've gotten a deep cleaning here three times and have been very satisfied each time.

Gianina was really good. We had a slow draining bathtub and sink because of hair, and she was able to clean those and unclog it.

Would highly recommend!

I purchased a deep cleaning plus laundry service and I was satisfied with the results. The cleaning person cleaned the inside of my fridge and appliances, behind furniture and inside the kitchen cabinets. She also cleaned everything inside the cabinets. She did the laundry and folded it as well. Each of these items has a price but it’s well worth it. Communication with the manager is easy, the prices are good compared to other services and the quality was great.

I booked one session with this company, and it’s also the last ever. The cleaner was on time, but it all went downhill from there. I paid for 4 hours for a one bedroom, they finished in 3 and left. The bathtub was dingy, toilet was barely touched, and the floors still had residue everywhere.

If the cleaners hate their job, maybe they should be doing something else for a living.

I booked a post-construction cleaning for my 3-bedroom apartment. My apartment was very dusty everywhere, even on all the walls. The cleaning ladies were polite and worked hard. Very satisfied with the work done, and also with the speed and order of the workers. They even cleaned my windows, which I didn't request, but I'm glad they did. I loved having them to take care of my cleaning.

Mercy is very nice, was very transparent about the process and they showed up on time.

When it came to the cleaning, the bathroom was cleaned thoroughly (except for my shower rod as well as deep inside the toilet)
My fridge was cleaned thoroughly as well, and my room smelled fresh. My kitchen counter was pretty clean as well.

Just some issues I had - I am not sure if my floor was mopped but the floor was not thoroughly swept, i had to sweep upon their departure - some of my clean clothes in my room were combined with my dirty clothes (i guess to save some time) and in the time alotted, my couch was not cleaned, my living room table was not wiped down, and there were certain corners of the house that were still dusty. I also paid extra with the expectation that my cabinets were to be organized and cleaned, but the cleaner did not have enough time.

Overall, a solid experience but I wish they got a bit more accomplished and focused on the important parts of the apartment (which is a small space) instead of the fridge/spice rack.

This was a GREAT service. Reyna and Marley were on time, very friendly, and did an exceptional job. My house is clean, things were back in their correct place (how do they remember!?), and trash was taken out.

I had a deep cleaning done and my windows and blinds are in the best shape ever. The service was easy to book and pay for and I'll definitely call again!

The cleaners did a great job and took their time cleaning. Mercy did an excellent job communicating with me and giving me updates throughout the service. She ensured that all of our needs were met and was very transparent with everything. The prices are right and I would be happy to use them in the future for cleaning services!

I have gotten my house cleaned by Ruby multiple times and I am blown away by this service. I have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and the 4 hour basic cleaning package makes my house sparkle. I recently had Tidy Cleaning Service do a deep clean, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ruby, who came to clean, was absolutely fantastic—she was thorough, thoughtful, and paid attention to every detail. She really went the extra mile to make sure everything was spotless. I used Tidy’s biweekly cleaning service for over a year but ultimately decided to discontinue it due to their lack of customer focus and inconsistent cleaning quality. While the company does send text and email updates at the start and end of each service, communication about specific requests is poor. For instance, we repeatedly asked that if our regular cleaner was unavailable, the service be rescheduled rather than sending a new cleaner. This was because we finally found a cleaner who was thorough, and onboarding new cleaners required explaining our needs and highlighting fragile items in the apartment each time during the workday. Despite acknowledging our request, the company consistently failed to follow through, continuing to send new cleaners instead.

Additionally, one cleaner repeatedly left the toilet bowl cleaning brush and bathroom garbage can on the counter instead of the floor, which is highly unhygienic. When we politely asked her not to do this, she became defensive. Another cleaner would consistently rearrange decorative items into bizarre configurations and fail to put them back as she found them. Even after we asked her to take a photo of the setup before cleaning so she could return the items to their original positions, this issue persisted.

Attached is a photo of a bed made by another cleaner Tidy described as “high-end,” which speaks to the quality we experienced. Although Mercy seemed professional at first, she also tended to get defensive, much like some of the cleaners.

That said, two of the cleaners we requested as regulars were very good. However, the constant drama and miscommunication every two weeks became exhausting, ultimately leading us to part ways with the service. If you’re looking for a service provider that will keep your home clean without adding unnecessary headaches, look elsewhere - this company is not worth it!

The response from the business seems more like a generic and accusatory statement rather than a tailored one addressing my concerns. I’m not sure the allegations about us are legitimate or fair. As noted, the company’s lack of professionalism is clearly illustrated in this response. Professional cleaners should expect households to have unique needs and belongings that require varying levels of attention. Making reasonable requests shouldn’t be misconstrued as being a difficult customer. I hope this team takes this as an opportunity to improve moving forward.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Tidy! The entire process from start to finish was so smooth, and easy to setup! I’m so impressed with the responsive communication, and transparency in pricing, and services rendered. Gloria did an incredible job with our space! She was here early, and she left the place sparkling! Tidy also accommodated us by servicing us in a location they don’t typically serve, which we are so grateful for. Please consider expanding to other boroughs and we’d happily sign on for a monthly service with Tidy. 10/10 experience!
