Very easy to schedule online. Promptly reply to questions. The company promises that a cleaning professional will arrive within an hour window. The cleaning professional was running late, but she was still well within the hour window. I still received a call to apologize and tell me exactly when she would be arriving. Service was very professional. After the service was complete, I received a call to ask me if everything was up to my standards. Would definitely recommend!
