Great cleaning, very thorough, and did everything I needed to the point where I walked in and said wow, this place looks emasculate!

We paid 190$ + tax for a two bedroom apartment cleaning. The cleaner showed up on time and was very nice. We paid for the basic cleaning which included mopping and sweeping/vacuuming the floors, as listed on their website. We keep our home pretty clean, so really we just wanted someone for the floors and the bathroom, as those are the most time consuming for us to do.

I asked her if she needed anything to do the cleaning, and she said just trash bags. I showed her where they were and we left so we wouldn’t be getting in her way. In hindsight, we should have stayed to manage her.

When we returned, the apartment smelled great, but hadn’t actually been cleaned. The dust was wiped off of surfaces, but the floor had Kitty litter and dust bunnies, indicating that she did not mop or even sweep the floors!! To be clear, we have both a swiffer mop and a regular broom, which sit in the corner of our second bedroom. There was also a pretty big coffee stain still on the counter from that morning, indicating she had not wiped the kitchen counters down. The trash was also not taken out and was full. The glass shower door was dirty and not even wiped down.

I emailed the company, and they asked for proof. I send them a video of me taking a Clorox wipe to the floor, and it being dirty. I said that the floors were not mopped. They then responded by letting me know they don’t mop floors for “hygienic reasons” (!!!??). I replied back with a screenshot of their website, which states that floor mopping is included! They then clarified that they mop ONLY when a mop is provided. I told them I have a mop, the cleaner never asked me for a mop so I assumed she had one, as that’s what the website said was included in the cleaning.

They ended up refunding me 50$ of the 190$+tax. However, given that you need to heavily supervise for this price point, I won’t be re-booking. Maybe your experience will be better than mine, but I recommend being home for this cleaning, or booking with another company.

Service is always confirmed fast. Communication between the admin and maid is always flawless. The maids that come are always sweet and friendly and trustworthy. They always do a good fast job and leave my apartment feeling fresh and cozy. Have used them about 5 times this year and will continue to do so in the future.

Ebony was great !! To start, she was right on-time to start and complete the cleaning within the timeframe initially provided to me. She did an excellent job cleaning the apartment and we are very happy with the service she provided. We will definitely be using the service again!!

I have used Planet Maids a few times now, each time has been great but this last time I had Isabella and it was absolutely exceptional. She did an incredible job, was very efficient, was on time, and very professional. HIGHLY recommend Isabella!

Highly recommend !! I have used Planet Maids at least 5 times for my apartment, with different cleaners, and have been very pleased with the timeliness, cleanliness and most especially the communication with the company. They are very responsive, reasonable, flexible and have always done their best to accommodate when I've needed to make changes. I so appreciate that and it keeps me coming back.

I recently moved into an apartment and the previous tenants left it absolutely filthy. After paying for a deep cleaning with Planet Maids, the place looks amazing. Where before I was uncomfortable to cook and bathe in my own place, now I'm happy to do so! Definitely worth the money.

Needed home cleaned, deep cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, indoor windows washed, and all baseboards cleaned. As my mom said afterwards, the apartment was left "sparkling." Friendly, detailed, and conscientious service at customer service and with cleaner. Easy to schedule and manage online. Recommend!

I've been working with Planet Maids for a few months now and it's been great! They provide all of the supplies so I don't have to worry about that. They show up on time which helps a lot because I have to schedule my cleaning appointments around my work schedule. They have an easy online booking system, but I can (and have!) reached out to their customer support line to get a quick answer to a question. At first I was booking one appointment a month to see if I wanted to commit. Now I'm auto-scheduled for a twice-monthly cleaning. It's so nice to come home to clean house!

I paid $163 (flat rate plus taxes for an empty one small bed/1bath apartment) and they send ONE Mexican woman who didn't speak any English for 2 hours. I gave her $27 tips.
I cleaned again after she left.
Overpriced, I could have done better myself (as I eventually did). Waste of money.

This was my first time booking Planet Maids and they delivered!! My apartment was a mess and I have 2 kids. She cleaned the entire place too to bottom. It smelled so good for days after. We did the deep clean which I recommend highly. So worth it!
