We reached out to Pristine after some smoke and water damage to our furniture following our building fire. They were very responsive and accommodating to our urgent request for scheduling. Our furniture ended up looking brand new! We will 100% use Pristine again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who needs upholstery cleaned.

Pretty mediocre rug cleaning for $150. Feels like it was just washed with water but not shampooed. Rug still dirty.

Professional, prepared and on time. I had a set of six dining room chairs with years of stains on the white upholstery (quick tip: never buy white if you plan on having children), as well as a queen-size mattress. My wife and I were in the process of moving and debating on whether or not we should replace them, but luckily we found PristineGreen. The cleaners were meticulous and made our furniture look like new in under two hours, and for the price we paid, we saved hundreds on buying a new chair set and mattress. The cleaning solutions they use are also completely organic, which was comforting to know with our two small children running around.

Had an excellent experience with PristineClean. Stuart was punctual and did an excellent job on my very large couch. Due to the dark color of the couch, a couple of stubborn oil spots were missed - when the couch dried later on and I saw they were still there, I texted Stuart and he was there the very next day and did a spot cleaning for me on the house! Not only did the spots disappeared but they have earned a customer for life for their considerate and incredible service! 5 stars!

I’m disappointed in the results of my upholstery cleaning. I clearly provided the details of specific stains that I wanted removed, and the type of fabric. Stuart responded quickly, and we were able to set up an appointment within the week based on my schedule, which was great. The cleaner showed up right on time as expected, and was very professional. He noted before he left that he didn’t think that he was able to get two of the stains gone completely on the head rest, but that the very recent stains on the cushions all came up, no problem. Once my sofa dried, it was clear that none of the stains appeared to have been treated effectively. When I contacted Stuart to let him know, his response was that his treatment was 97% effective at removing stains. No offer was made to come back to re-attempt, nor was any other offer made.

I can understand that the work isn’t guaranteed, but since I had expected more based on the other reviews posted, I wanted to share my experience in case you’re one of the 3% where the treatments aren’t effective.

For reference, the stains were from melted chocolate, which had been immediately cleaned with soap and water, and allowed to air dry. These were the ones that the cleaner felt confident about. The other were stains on the headrest area, likely from natural oils in our hair over time. These he felt less confident that he’d be able to remove.

Also, when I mentioned that I’d be posting a review about my experience, Stuart bizarrely said that he’d spoke to the cleaner and I refused to even look at the dirty water after the cleaning. Not entirely sure what that has to do with anything, but 1) I definitely did and 2) I mentioned specifically my dissatisfaction at the stain removal portion of the service, not that the job overall wasn’t done correctly. My couch overall looks cleaner, but the stains are still there and that had been my goal in hiring this company, which I stated upfront when I reached out for a quote.

We had a fantastic experience with Pristine Green Cleaning! They cleaned our sofa which hasn't ever been done and is 5 years old, all of our area rugs, carpet runners and arm chair. Stains I didn't think could be removed were removed! Amazing! Booking was very easy and Joseph, who cleaned everything, arrived on-time and was very pleasant. Thank you!

I decided to use PristineGreen because they use non-toxic products and I have two dogs at home. I got my couch cleaned as well as the area carpets in two of my bedrooms. I am satisfied with the cleaning of my fabric couch although I chose the best (and most expensive) package which was suppose to include essential oils in the couch. Although the man who cleaned the couch said he did the essential oil, my couch did not smell like lavender.
As for my carpets, being that I have two dogs, there were a few stains and odors that I wanted removed.
Stuart was very responsive and helpful when we spoke. He had the company come back for a second time to remove my carpet odor. I recommend using this company!

I live in Astoria and had 2 upholstered chairs professionally cleaned. The cleaner was on time, polite and diligent. He cleaned the stains we pointed out. Stuart gave me his honest opinion upfront about the cleaning of the current stains and gave me reasonable expectations. I’m very pleased that our soiled chairs look so good now!
