I'm skeptical about the legitimacy of these reviews, as it seems like a subcontracting scheme with multiple plumbers. When I contacted them, I asked if they serviced radiant floor heating and was assured "yes" without any hesitation. They scheduled an appointment with "Miguel", but when that day arrived, someone from another plumbing company showed up at my house. This individual claimed to be from Drobeker's, but clearly knew nothing about radiant floor heating. He took one look at the boiler room, became nervous, and admitted he didn't know how to service such a system before leaving. I'm only giving them 2 stars because they didn't ask for payment - which is more than I would have given them anyway.
