SavATree

I have been using Integrity Tree Service since 2011. They have done my trees every year. This is when the original owner, John, had the company. Always excellent service. It is not cheap. But I want it done right by a company who's people are professionals.
The company sold a few years back. I was able to keep the guy who has always done my tree's which is what I want because he learns my yard and learns how I like my tree's trimmed. Has a great crew and they do a great job.
That changed this year. Put someone new on our area. Tree's were done in March. Did an okay job but not as good as the previous crew I had always had. We have a large Ironwood in our backyard and is a staple of our landscaping. It had one area that was stripped of all its leaves. Now, we had had 2 really high wind storms and we assumed the wind had caused the leave loss due to the wind sheer. Tree was trimmed a little that day. After a few weeks and I noticed the tree continue to loose an unusual amount of leaves than it should at this time of year I called Integrity to come out and check it out again. They sent the new person they have assigned to our area. She explained it was getting over-watered and was going to basically take out the entire landscaping I had been putting in for two years to remove all the dirt from the tree trunk. At the cost of nearly $2000. This tree has been in the landscaping since 2005. I could not understand her theory on the tree and asked a well known landscaper here to please come by and look at tree. It took the landscaper 5 minutes to tell me the tree had bores. There are holes all throughout the tree. Integrity's person never got close enough to tree to see the holes. The landscaper told me a product to put on it and we have been doing what we can to save it. Half of the tree has died. We do not know if we can save it and not have to take it down. We learned our neighbor has a tree 25 yards from this tree and she has been dealing with bores for 3 years on that tree. They must have spread to our tree. Here is the part I am upset about . When I notified Integrity about the bores and told them I wanted them to give me my original guy back to care for my tree's they have never got back to me.
It has shown me my loyalty and all the money I have paid to their company over the years has meant nothing to their business. This is not how John would have handle the situation. I will be switching my service.

Tom Marino and his team have worked with us for many years and consistently done high quality work. In addition to his strong customer service orientation, Tom is extremely knowledgeable and has helped ensure our property (most especially our trees) remains in excellent health/condition.

Miguel did an outstanding pruning job! He is the best gardener! Our shrubs look like they belong in an estate. Thank you SavATree!
