I used Arborscape for three years after moving to Westchester. During that time, their pricing was inconsistent, they had constant turnover with their staff, and the health of the trees/plants/shrubs on my property declined significantly due to poor service. I tried to discuss my concerns with the management team directly, as they had guaranteed their products/services would maintain the health and appearance of our property, but they were incredibly difficult to contact (did not return phone calls/emails), and were quite rude when we ultimately had an opportunity to speak over the phone. I would caution those considering using this service, as their service did not live up to our expectations.
