I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience with this company, as I've always tried to support local businesses. Unfortunately, their service fell woefully short of expectations.

The initial visit on a Wednesday was particularly disheartening - the technician arrived briefly, expressed uncertainty about fixing my unit, and needed to return with another specialist the following day. Over the next two days, I heard nothing, so I called to inquire about the status. A gentleman apologized profusely and offered a narrow window of time for Monday, but I was left waiting five days in sweltering heat.

When the scheduled appointment arrived on Monday at 2:30 PM, I was again let down - there was no contact from the technician or anyone else. When I called to check on the status, I was told that the original technician was supposedly running late and would arrive soon, but he never showed up. The lack of communication and follow-through was infuriating, and I wasted a significant amount of time waiting for service that never materialized.

My AC stopped working, but the company promised a fix in 8 days. I booked the appointment for that date, hoping it would coincide with some decent weather since it was scorching hot. The day before the scheduled visit, I tried to confirm, but got no response. On the actual day, I called three times to check in and still didn't hear back - they never showed up either.

We hired Cool Solution to do our AC installation last summer. Unfortunately, their delays kept putting our whole renovation project on hold. We spent the entire summer waiting for them to finish the job. The experience was disastrous and showed a lack of professionalism throughout.

Waste of time and money with Fujitsu ducted units and Cool Solutions. I was told by Dan that a technician would fix my AC within the 2pm to noon window, but nobody showed up. I spoke to him multiple times to ensure there was enough time for the repair, as I had to take the day off work for it. When I called again at 5pm, he said the tech was running behind schedule and would call me when they arrived. Instead, I got a call from Emil claiming he'd be over in 15 minutes, but he never took out any tools and told me I had a leak that couldn't be fixed due to having three other appointments. He made it clear he wasn't going to take my money for the wasted day, despite wasting mine. This was an outright lie, as Dan had assured me nothing would be done on the scheduled day.

When I asked him to call the owner, Jim, he said nobody was available to speak with me. Now I've lost a day's pay and still no air conditioning. Fujitsu needs to take responsibility for who they advertise on their website. Don't waste your time with these unprofessional companies. Dan is just a mouthpiece for Jim, who doesn't even bother responding to emails or messages.

I sent an email to Jim explaining the situation, but I'm not holding my breath for a response. The lack of transparency and communication could have made all the difference in this situation. Instead, I've been left out $day's pay with no air conditioning. If your AC doesn't work, stay far away from these guys. They're a joke.

I was initially assured by Dan that the technician would fix my air-conditioning on Friday, June 7th, but it turned out to be a waste of time. I had to take the day off work because I was told the tech would arrive within the scheduled timeframe. Although I spoke to Dan multiple times during the week to confirm the appointment, he seemed in a hurry and didn't provide any clear information about the technician's schedule or availability. When I called him again at 5pm, he simply said the tech was running behind schedule and would call me when they arrived.

As it turned out, Emil showed up around 5pm, claiming he'd be over in 15 minutes. However, instead of fixing my air conditioning, he told me there was a leak that couldn't be fixed due to having three other appointments. He made it clear he wasn't going to take any money for the wasted day, despite wasting mine. This was an outright lie, as Dan had assured me nothing would be done on the scheduled day.

I'm available to discuss this further over the weekend if necessary. I hope Jim will provide some clarity on what happened and whether my air conditioning will be fixed. I'm still waiting to hear back from him after sending an email detailing the situation, but I'm not expecting a response anytime soon.

I have severe reservations about using this company for any home services. In May of this year, I called them due to a lingering issue with my vents, and two technicians arrived promptly. However, the problem persists to this day.

The in-home surveillance footage suggested that a cleaning was necessary, but I later discovered that it never took place. My brother, who is also in the industry, inspected the work upon his return from out of state and confirmed that no cleaning had been done. This oversight was compounded by the technicians' reckless disregard for my property; they removed all my ceiling vent filters without replacing them.

The final insult came when I received a bill for $795, which included an outrageous amount of "cleaning" costs. It's laughable to think that someone could enter a brand new home and leave it in such disarray, with dirty filters scattered about. The company's billing practices are equally egregious – they refused to provide a total amount due until I asked.

Months later, I received a call from Jennifer, the representative, threatening me over an unpaid bill. Her tone was condescending and hostile, implying that I'd avoided paying. This is unacceptable, as I've never been late with any payment in my life. I paid the bill begrudgingly but feel taken advantage of.

Jennifer's behavior should be a red flag for customers. She seems more interested in intimidation than genuine customer service. Unless you want to risk being overcharged and treated poorly, consider taking your business elsewhere.

I'd like to provide feedback, but my experience has been disappointing so far. Two weeks ago, a technician visited my home to diagnose the issue, and I was impressed with his professionalism. He mentioned that Jim would follow up to schedule a repair and quote. Despite multiple emails, I haven't received a response from Jim. Furthermore, several attempts to contact the office have been met with cancellations due to other appointments. It's frustrating considering you came highly recommended by a current customer.

Waited two weeks for a replacement part, with no advance warning of its arrival. The owner's promise of a call to inform me never materialized - instead, I was surprised by an unannounced visit from a technician. Upon calling to complain, the owner became aggressively defensive over the phone. Avoid this company at all costs.

This home services company falls short in management and communication. The initial contact leaves you with an unsympathetic representative who struggles to return messages. Their priority seems to be wrapping up the day rather than providing actual service.

I had issues with my air conditioner stopping suddenly, requiring a hard-to-find part that took about a week to arrive. The office offered little insight into when the fix would occur, only providing vague updates on the part's availability. When the new component was installed, it failed again later that night.

The workers were diligent in attempting to resolve the issue the following day, but ultimately couldn't fix it after several hours. It became clear that the problem lay with a defective part, and another one would need to be ordered – a decision that seemed to catch them off guard, as they never followed up on this development.

Eventually, a new technician was sent in who resolved the issue within two hours. The biggest disappointment remains the company's lack of respect for customers' time and basic courtesy. Despite this experience being less than ideal, I've found it better to work with someone else.
