Tree Bros recently did work for us and the result looks fantastic. They cut 2 trees down, trimmed three others, and trimmed a long overgrown hedge. They came when they said they would, did the work, and cleaned up everywhere. We highly recommend them!.

Wanted a tree down that looked damaged, scheduled with Erik, he doubled booked so rescheduled, they couldn't make it out rescheduled a second time. He came out late September, seemed really knowledgeable and friendly. Told us the inside of the tree was dead. We were worried it would fall on our house. Was told we'd get the quote Monday, didn't come, reached out Wednesday, didn't get it til friday. Didn't feel like our urgency was shared. Sent the quote over, we approved it right away. Weeks went by, we reached out numerous times to the secretary Kari and she just seemed rude and unempathetic. Had to reach out numerous times to try to get on the schedule, she couldn't find a place to dispose the wood which apparently delayed scheduling. I told her, leave the wood, we just want the tree down if it's a problem. Was told week of Thanksgiving but would probably carry over seeing how we were getting multiple trees down. We said just take the one, was told we were going to get pushed to the bottom of the list. Decided to shop around more because we didn't feel the urgency in our situation or feel like a priority. Was then told first week of December. Now it's January and still haven't heard. If you ask me for someone to take down your tree, call LumberMac. They came right out and took it down without problem in a couple of weeks.

Eric and his team at TreeBros where fantastic. They shared my vision of the forest and implemented a plan that opened up the canopy or trees around our pond and hillside. They were very helpful in sharing their ideas about our 30 acres and how to add even more value than their work.
