Sam did a great job for me, twice! Completely eradicated ugly "mystery stains" on my aunt's carpet in her assisted living facility and made the old, worn rug look new again. Was super nice, easy to work with, showed up on time and cleaned up after. They even moved the furniture (a table and chairs) which other carpet services refused to do.
