The cleaning pro, Jamel, did a fantastic job! My apartment looks absolutely spotless now! I must mention that he arrived on time, was efficient, thorough, and organized. He was also courteous, polite and professional. Jamel did everything I asked him to do. The service, of course, came a bit expensive, but it is worth it.

I recently started working with MaidPro Bronx and cannot say enough good things about this company. Joedy and team do a wonderful job. They are punctual, solicit feedback, and most importantly leave my apartment extremely clean and looking great. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a cleaning service.

We just had our first visit from a MaidPro cleaner yesterday, and were thrilled and impressed with the organized and focused job she did on our home! Our home sparkled when she finished, and we are looking forward to her next visit! She has motivated us to do more decluttering so she can clean more areas, a great compliment to both her skill and pleasant upbeat personality! This is a great company with professional service delivery. The work is exceptional, workers pleasant and professional in doing their job. They are prompt and keep in touch with you. I look forward to the bi-weekly visits and am seriously thinking about going on a weekly plan. They are that good and I need the help in maintaining a clean home due to my limitations because of some physical disabilities. Everything is in place and done quickly. I love this company!!!!!

Everytime I get my home clean by MaidPro , my home smell so good and feels total clean. I am on in years and cannot clean the way I use too.so MaidPro is a blessing to me.

MaidPro is great. I have used their services for the past 6 months and I intend to continue on. They are consistent with phone/email communication and working with me to get everything in order for each appointment. We have had the same MaidPro representative (Joanna) to come in to clean our spaces and she is fantastic! We absolutely love her. In the event she is not available, MaidPro is able to provide other reps to come in. However, so far we have been fortunate to always have Joanna based on our schedules. This has helped us keep everything consistent.

Per the review here- I took off 1 star simply bc they have yet to streamline their client login accounts access. Right now you have to login into 2 different accounts for scheduling and payments.
Otherwise, highly recommended.

Maidpro Bronx is highly recommended, they have been cleaning my apartment for 3+ years.
Their service is great - everything from booking, schedule changes, communication and the actual clean is very well done.
This location is recently under new ownership and the level of service is higher than ever.

As promised, here's my updated review after the third cleaning. I'm rating the business 3.5 stars.

**Cons:**
Communication could be improved!
- The client portal is not easy to navigate. I couldn't even change something as simple as my payment information without back-and-forth emails.
- The regional manager is not always available and often prefers to call during my work hours, which is not ideal since I work full-time.
- It would be better if communication could be consistently handled through the portal or email instead of texts, which some folks have to pay for.

**Pros:**

-Their cleaning professionals undergo background checks and maintain consistent performance. In my experience, cleaners who don't work for a company and haven't undergone proper background checks often quit without warning, so working with a company that maintains consistency was a priority.
- The service is of professional quality, enhanced by the use of professional-grade vacuums, which makes a noticeable difference.

Overall, good cleaning, happy with my negotiated bi-weekly rate. However, please improve client communications. Thanks!

I am a busy person who was in need of some help cleaning my apartment. I was excited when I came across Maidpro, and after speaking to a representative who assured me all maids perform a 49 point detailed inspection, I went ahead and booked a 4 hour cleaning. The company sent 2 maids who “cleaned” my apartment in 45 minutes. I was left disappointed and upset. The maids were absolutely horrible and did the worse job possible. Surfaces such as counters and mirrors were not wiped down, the fridge and oven that I paid to be cleaned were not clean. The maids told me that they were unable to remove the residue in the fridge, but I managed to remove it with a dish sponge and some warm water (see pictures). The shower walls were never wiped down and was left dirty. Garbage was picked up from the floor and placed on “clean” countertops. The couch was never vacuumed. I could go on and on. The company has refused to give me a full refund, so I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. All in all I would never recommend this company to anyone. The proof is in the pictures.

by far the worst cleaning company, the cleaners are great they get the job done, but the company? horrible management no sense of communication, you call and no one answers, they schedule to send a cleaner and if the cleaner doesn't find parking they do home. I have reached out via phone and email and no response.
