Nasty owner, changed the price 3 times with in 2 conversations. They low ball price then up charge you. I was asked to send a pic of the stain which I did, he could not garantee to get the soda stain out and basically felt the need to scream at me because I had questions and concerns. Poor customer service.

I tried making an appointment 3 weeks in a row. The first they had “no one available”. The 2nd they called me late the night before and told me their employees were vaccinated and given the weekend off, and exclaimed “that’s just the way of the world”. The morning of the 3rd I was told between 9am-10am. I called after 10 to see what was going on and I was told their employee called out sick and never notified them? Do not waste your time with this place. Seems illegitimate. Probably a front for money laundering or tax fraud.

They did a good job cleaning but he left so much water on my floor and didnt have any towel or paper to clean it up. I asked him to clean up and water and he asked me for the paper. I thought that was unprofessional. I ended up have to clean all of the water on my floors.

Great, friendly, professional and courteous service. Showed up on time and started right away. Carpets look nice and clean and dried up in no time. Needless to say I'll be scheduling again! Thank you for the great service!
