Very pleased with my experience with Olympus Carpet & Upholstery cleaning. Timothy replaced fringes and cleaned one rug, which came out beautifully, and cleaned another rug where he did the best he could. It's always been a problem rug and he worked really hard to do the best job possible. Upon delivery, there were wrinkles in that rug that didn't dissipate after a few weeks, but Timothy came back and steamed the rug and now it looks much better. Timothy is very personable and a pleasure to work with. A few pandemic bumps along the way re timing, but all in all I was very pleased with the work they did. Would definitely use them again.

The owner Timothy is very professional and passionate about providing the best possible care for my sofa. Now it looks like new when he got done with it. He also provided info on how to clean and treat future stains, should it happen. Very friendly, 5 star service, I would highly recommend.

Just got my couch serviced by Timothy and I must say that he did an amazing job. My couch looks as good as new at an affordable rate. Definitely worthy and this company will be my go to for future events and as well as referrals. Timothy cleaned as my children and didn’t even wake them, he was professional, courteous, gave me amazing tips and even cleaned my rug. I’m truly grateful and happy with the service of this company.

I called Olympus for an urgent rug and couch cleaning after a negligent contractor allowed drywall dust to coat our apartment. Timothy was very responsive and explained everything that they were going to do to help make our space safe and clean again for our crawling baby and preschooler. I loved my service with Olympus. Timothy came right on time, super professional and charismatic. My couch was disgusting as it was my first furniture in my first apartment and I was very careless. Timothy however, deep cleaned it and got rid of ALL my water marks and stains! My couch looks and feels brand new and I’m super excited about it. I will make sure I schedule this service annually.

Cleaned thoroughly & quickly using hot steam & special cleaning liquid (no odor). May 2021 review: Very professional, efficient, friendly service. Timothy goes out of his way to explain the process, respond to questions, and is always on time. My rugs look beautiful!

I am so pleased with the service I received! My Persian and Oriental area rugs are clean, fresh and so soft now! Timothy, the owner, answered all of my questions and worked with me to schedule pick up and delivery times that were convenient for me. He demonstrated deep knowledge of rug making, the materials used, and what type of care each would need. I felt at ease when he and his team picked the rugs up and was delighted with the results when he dropped them off. Timothy offered advice for managing future spills and routine cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

This company is amazing!! The owner Timothy is kind, courteous and very professional. His technicians are hard working and extremely polite. My couch and chairs were in bad shape after years of use. Timothy cleaned our sectional and left it like new! this was a sofa we bought from the previous house owners and needed to do a deep clean.

He is super responsive, price can't be beat and so passionate for his business and his work. We were so impressed with the results, he took his time and took the time to guide me as to how to care for my sofa in the future. Timothy was friendly, communicative, punctual and clearly loves his job/business and deserves to be proud of his results. Our Tibetan rug which is huge and heavy came back so clean, soft and beautiful and he was patient about positioning it back exactly the way we wanted it despite how very heavy it is. He also did a cleaning of our sofa in home which restored it to feeling fresh and elegant again. We highly recommend this company and will be using his services in the future as it has made a big difference in how comfortable and pleasant our home feels.
