They clean my house in Yonkers and do a great job. They are always on time, consistent, quick and clean every nook and cranny of my messy house. They organize my kids toys too! What’s better than coming home to a clean house! Glad I found this company. I recommend !

After noting that I have antique and high-end furniture, and being assured that a careful and thorough person would be assigned to me, I really wanted to love this service - especially after reading the many good reviews. In fairness, management was responsive, accommodating, and fully refunded my payment. I've debated whether to leave this review, and decided that it would be unethical not to do so because Malvina was so incompetent that I had to tell her to stop "work" and leave my home.

Highlights: she didn't seem to know what Windex, Pledge, granite cleaner, etc. are for, preferring to use a microfiber duster or a wet rag on furniture and window sills; she didn't know what marble is; she repeatedly failed to take simple instructions (i.e., she kept her shoes on in my beige-carpeted bedroom); she didn't know what to do with a bucket; she held a silk lampshade with a dripping wet hand; and - the last straw - she wiped an antique wood tabletop with a water-soaked rag. SMH.
