These guys are absolute scammers. They came to my business claiming they could fix the AC, but what they really did was take out the gas line because it was over-pressurized. They charged me $700 for doing essentially nothing and then had the nerve to tell me that my unit needed a brand new one for $5,000. It's clear they were trying to make a quick buck off of us by taking advantage of the fact that our business is woman-owned.

They even went so far as to say that our unit was "incomparable" with others, which was a blatant lie. The whole experience was a total disaster. I ended up calling in someone else who actually knew what they were doing and they fixed the problem without trying to sell me on a new unit. When I tried to get at least some of my money back, the owner refused.

It's clear that this company is more interested in making a profit than providing actual service. The fact that they would take advantage of a woman-owned business like mine is especially egregious. I'll be taking them to court and warning others to stay far away from these scammers.
