I was left stranded with no one to assist me in setting up my LG AC unit, which arrived partially assembled. Luckily, I called the number on the package and a technician named Julian offered to help. He promptly confirmed his arrival and turned out to be incredibly kind and professional. With great effort, he managed to assemble the heavy unit and squeeze it through my narrow window. Given the sweltering heat in my apartment, having someone install the AC as soon as possible was crucial. I'm extremely grateful for Julian's assistance and expertise, which made a huge difference on that unbearably hot day.
