Gloria and her team truly surprised me. They’re very pleasant women which made us feel comfortable (from the start) inviting them into our home. I made it very clear that I had little expectations because the house is in dire need of a full renovation. The renovation is not happening right away so I needed some help to hold us until than. Yes, Yes, Yes … they did just that. Listen, they perform a surprisingly superb job with their initial deep cleaning.
The areas I had them focus on today was the front half of the first floor of a house. This included mainly the kitchen, bathroom, large open living room/dinning room combo, plus two long hallways.
The job was so good that a couple of my neighbors were even impressed and inquired about their services. The ladies were organized and proficient. They work well together and independently in separate rooms. Disinfecting, scrubbing, wiping down, and moving furniture. Due to time constraints, of no fault of their own, they accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. Enough to consider keeping our relationship intact for regular service. They respected our possessions and showed us a better way to avoid clutter. At the end of the day their great customer service and quality of work makes them a 5 star service in my eyes.

I was deeply impressed with Gloria and her team. Not only was Gloria incredibly quick to respond, patient with my million questions, and competitive in her pricing, she was warm and a joy to connect with on a relational level. When her team was running late because of traffic, I was notified right away, and when they arrived, they were diligent and as thorough as could be expected within the requested timeframe. My husband and I enjoyed working with Gloria so much that we requested cleaning services twice in about a week (once before and once after moving) and recommended her and her team to my sister and her husband. A truly professional and stellar service!

I had a very last minute apartment clean-out because I was moving and ran out of time to clean myself. Gloria quickly accommodated me and the next day I had two very nice, hardworking ladies who did a great job cleaning the place. They brought most of their own supplies and I already had the couple of items they asked me to supply (paper towels, garbage bags). One lady didn’t speak English, but she did speak French. Fortunately I know a little French so it was fine, but if it had been another language it would have been a bit difficult. Regardless, I was very pleased with the job they did and I highly recommend Gloria’s Cleaning!

Tina and the team here are such a pleasure to work with. I needed a deep clean on my mothers 2 bedroom apartment that was in bad shape. The whole process is professional and the price is fair. I was able to trust the cleaning staff alone in the apartment with my dog and they left me with no issues when they were done. They will now be routinely cleaning the space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My move out cleaning was done exceptionally well. No complaints. Highly recommend.

If there were 1O STARS, I would give to this company. I have never been this eager to write a review. They helped my family through a challenging cleaning situation and I am very grateful we chose Gloria Cleaning. Through the couple of days leading up to cleaning, Ms. TINA was CARING, PATIENT, EMPATHETIC, SOLUTION FOCUSED, REASONABLE, RESPONSIVE, the list goes on. Even through all the frustration relating to the situation, she was very professional and caring. The Workers who did the cleaning on that day did an an AMAZING job. They were kind and polite! THANK YOU ALL!!

Came on time but cleaning lady was supposed to deep clean only kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen she did not clean the inside of the microwave or the outside of the cabinets. Okay job in the bathroom.

Gloria cleaning seems to run well administratively but I’m not too sure about the actual cleaning.

My cleaner was on time (before 9am) but unprepared in my opinion. There was no evidence of cleaning tools on her arrival, however there was a backpack. (Unfortunately, she also had a bad case of BO and I needed to aggressively freshen the air when she left.) I asked if she needed a mop, broom or vacuum, she opted for the vacuum. I later realised she had a swiffer stick which was collapsed into the backpack which she paired with micro fibre cloths to “mop”. She took about five hours to clean my 700SF, one bedroom apartment which was decent timing. The job she did overall was okay, but she did not make the bed. When asked if she was going to she said no, she doesn’t do that. I was flabbergasted but left it alone.

I assume these cleaners are independent contractors and so a different cleaner may give an improved experience. However, I probably won’t be hiring this service again, but wish them improvement.

The team that came to me from Gloria Cleaning were lifesavers! I live in supportive housing. My mental health symptoms as well as some external factors, caused my apartment to get dirty to the point where I didnt know what to do about it anymore. Every time I would try to do something about it I got so overwhelmed I couldnt continue. I felt like a squatter in my own home. Tonight is different, thanks to Gloria Cleaning. They came at 9 am this morning and did not stop cleaning until everything was spotless and organized. They even gave me tips on how to keep it that way! Another thing is, they stayed despite the fact that I have a pest problem, in my experience not all companies do that.
All in all, I have my home back. I cant thank or recommend Gloria Cleaning enough. 10/10

Hired for a deep clean of a 1 bed, 1 bath. The cleaner was nice but obviously not a true professional. Took her over 5 hours and she did not complete the job due to timings. I believe the lack of materials made her incapable of completing the job in a timely fashion. She did not bring a mop, professional grade vacuum or any cleaning liquids. She was only equipped with paper towels and a small broom. If you need cleaning for an individual room I think they will be OK. But if you need a cleaning for a full apartment, I do not recommend this company.

I be been speaaking and texting joy for over a week.. then this lady come to my home at 5:30 pm and got mad and loud in my buildings hallway when I told her she can’t work pass 5 because the building is a condo and those are there rules or I would be fine. I let her see my place to come the next day. But she got mad and said she risked her life coming here being that it snowed and wouldn’t give me her name. All I know is she is African. For this person to come to my house and become disrespectful and wouldn’t give me her name is crazy. They wiill never get my business. God bless them.

Corinne is a gem! She is wonderfully friendly and pleasant and patient and kind, and a marvelously hard worker. She was not fazed by the huge mess and dust in my apartment and has made it better than ever. You are lucky to have such a terrific worker! If I could give minus 10 stars I would. First after waiting 2 hours of the 3 hour window to get a quote they called and said they were running late and could come 2 1/2 hours later, that should have been my clue to not use them. We hired them to do a deep cleaning on my aunt's apartment as she had been away from it for 4 months. The 1 cleaner came, we expected more than 1 but ok. She didn't have the proper cleaning supplies. Not even sure vacuum cleaner! She worked hard BUT wasn't going to do the cabinets and refrigerator, the only thing she planned on doing was dusting and the floors. That is not a deep cleaning. So we added on those things. They wanted payment before she left, by a cash app. I didn't like that but said ok when they sebt me a statement bill which they sent. I paid on venmo and they texted me thsnking me for the payment. Since then they have sent me 4 bills saying payment overdue. I responded to all of them with proof of payment and said I wanted an apology for them Harrasing me for payment which had been paid. Crickets. Then they sent a letter to my sister again asking for payment. She responded as well and they apologized to her for their error. Today I got yet another text from them telling me they are concerned about lack of payment. And emailed my sister yet again for it. I told them I was doing this review and reporting them to the BBB. As they broke my aunt's vacuum by over stuffing it and didn't do a good job, (she didn't do the cabinets under the sink and for some reason but my aunts knife block in thr refrigerator) I would walk not run away from this service. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. The three cleaners arrived right on time, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the job. They worked together seamlessly and wasted no time getting things spotless.
The deep cleaning of my bathroom was absolutely immaculate — every surface gleamed, and it looked better than it has in years! They even took the time to give me a few helpful tips on how to keep my space clutter-free and organized going forward, which I really appreciated.

DANGEROUS, no customer service, professionalism, or accountability. Never go near places this. Only places that want to make things right. I have had an atrocious experience with this company that has left me homeless and over a thousand dollars in debt, during medical hardship. I will update on the full details of the situation once I finally have a home to go to. I did electrostatic spraying of move in apartment. No clue it was extremely toxic, would make me sick, I would end up homeless sitting on a floor throughout the nights, unable to move in or go home, no access to my packed belongings, medications, personal needs, a bathroom, a bed…having to drop everything, with my already serious hardship in further shambles, be thousands in debt trying to get remediation cleaning, with zero help. Rather than be reasonable with me and help fix the issue to move on immediately, Corine was immature, defensive, victim blaming, argumentative, and was causing me even more distress. Just needed a resolution ASAP. She just kept going on and on as if I have no life or immediate life hardship and can spend energy or time debating whether the customer should be more knowledgeable about electrostatic spraying. Just disgusting. Now it’s caused/causing a severe downward spiral and is going to turn into a whole big thing that I will have to pursue. Let’s put it this way for now: Corine says she doesn’t want to come clean up the excessive chemical residue because it’s unsafe and she doesn’t want to be exposed to it. So instead I’m left stuck in a death trap or homeless, alone, with ZERO help. Zero money. How sick and disturbing is that? That’s the kind of person she is. And yes, all the remediation companies said she over sprayed and didn’t dilute enough…let alone use a toxic solution which I had no clue about until after- it’s not necessary. Only after spraying did she realize she screwed up (and I wouldn’t have even outwardly blamed her or given her a hard time if she rectified things) and I wasn’t going to be able to go home. First for an hour. Then a few hours. Then a night. Now a week. Don’t run a business like this- be a normal human and make things right off the bat. Don’t make people suffer. And I don’t even think she did the walls or windows, or ceiling, the whole point is to do the walls. Can clean everything else. So the suffering and harm for nothing. She also called me in during the spray without proper PPE on. You should see the emails of her blaming me for the harm im enduring .
