Liars and cheaters, please don’t let them in your home! The installed the floors cut wrong, but hid the edges cut wrong by putting the dashboards before I can check the work. The floor was installed without the underlayment causing cold air from the crawl space to come into the home, Con Edison bill went up! They overcharged my insurance, Statefarm recommended them, shame on them. They’ve done this to others, another senior I know. They’ve are unprofessional, and only care about google reviews, most are phony, mine isn’t! They’ll probably try and add their “fake, call us,” response. No thanks, deal with them through consumer affairs! Servpro of South Bronx is unprofessional and only care about the money they get from the insurance company based on lies!

Our association was very fortunate to have SERVPRO take care of the emergency dry-out and removal work after Hurricane Milton. They kept owners’ areas as well as the common areas covered and as clean as possible with the large amount of work that needed to be done. We were so pleased with the emergency work the board hired the company to complete the reconstruction sheetrock work. I had several owners tell me how thankful they were for the timeliness of the work completed. Mike, oversaw all the work and was more than willing to meet with individual owners as well as send out the reports to our insurance company. I have worked with Christian and Freddy three times over the last two years. They are fantastic. They are very responsive at all hours and days. They have come quickly within 24 hours but also when I need to schedule around my work schedule. Both times they have done major clean up-throwing out heavy flooring and removing layers of mud until you can see the white walls again. And I really like that they leave the dehumidifier machines until I feel like it is dry. They also spray a cleaning agent that gets rid of mold and mildew which has saved us from more expensive remediation efforts. It is also great that they are very friendly and stay in good humor despite having to go from one disaster to the next.

Great job from the team. They kept me informed of the steps and left the workspace neat and clean at the end of every workday. They carefully and methodically boxed the content of the cabinets that needed to be removed to access the affected areas.

Our home's basement flooded after a windy and rainy storm that knocked our power.

Servpro came right away once the storm had passed and pumped out the water quickly, set up propellers and dehumidifiers to dry it out, sprayed anti-microbial/fungal spray multiple times. They also provided us with generators that brought the power back on for some devices so that we could work from home/charge our devices. They also knocked out some of the wet sheetrock and removed the flooring as well, and disposed of all the garbage.
