This was not a great experience. These guys are probably fine to hire on regular carpet or upholstery cleaning but not for speciality cleaning. I had an unfortunate situation with spilt ink on a beloved couch. After calling around I was quoted by various places at $200 to clean a stain the size of 1inch x 1inch on a couch seat. They said they can take a look at it and gave me a similar quote. The technician showed up on time and was courteous but proceeded to suggest doing a deep clean (apparently $200 was a steam clean quote not a deep clean) but the deep clean according to the tech was better and double the price and that it may help remove some of the ink, but no guarantees of course. I was under no pretence that a black ink stain could completely come out but it was a relatively fresh stain from the night before and I was hoping I could alleviate it just a bit. So I paid upfront like he asked and followed his advice. The guy went out brought this machine and proceeded to clean the area. He spent the equivalent of 5 mins on it and then said it was hopeless and it won’t come out, it’s too embedded and there’s nothing he can do. I was like wait a minute you are going to give up this quick and not try anything else? Even though I kept blotting the area and ink dye still appearing on my napkin. No luck. He left after I spent $425 on something that was absolutely pointless. After he left I managed on my own to get some more of it out by carefully cleaning and blotting the stain. I called up another cleaning service and they said these guys were not the right people to call and I was basically bamboozled. I called the company back to complain about this experience and ask for at least a 50% refund, all I got was a $50 refund. Not awesome. I suspect these guys are good for basic carpet cleaning but definitely not speciality. You need to call someone else. Don’t be a sucker like me and pay upfront. Pay after the job is done and you’re happy with it.
