Did some research on appliance repair for my 3 yr old GE fridge that kept freezing the food in my fridge and took a chance on Fixly. Joe came and found the problem, returned when the part, which was the bulk of the cost, came in just 2 days later, very professional and knowledgeable. Time will tell! But I would use again for appliance repair

Fixly Pro Solutions did a great job fixing the water leaking issue on my Sub-Zero refrigerator. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed to order a part, so the repair was completed over two visits—but everything was handled efficiently, and the part arrived in just two days, which was faster than I expected. The service was smooth, the communication was clear, and the fridge is now working perfectly with no more leaks. Highly recommend them for any appliance repair!

Our problem solved within a week. First visit was to check and diagnose the problem and for the second visit, I had to wait since I don’t have the key for the washing machine. It was quick service < 30 min. Problem solved.

Fixly did a great job. We were told by another appliance repair company that our motherboard on our dishwasher was fried which would’ve cost us over $500 just in part plus labor. When Fixly came by, they noticed that the reason the motherboard was shutting off because there was a small interior leak and once they fix the leak, it’s solved all of the problems and it only cost us half as much. They were easy to schedule with, very friendly, very efficient. They are now my new go to appliance company.

Excellent service on short notice! Joe did a great job. The oerson that sold us the washer just dropped it in our living room, with no one to install! They came within the 2 hr window and installed it seamlessly. I woupd definitely recommend them again!
