The process went without an issue. Professional service. Start from making an appointment, visit and payment. The technician (joe) explain the issue. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. Plus payments process was smooth. I use them to fix my refrigerator.

My 17 year old LG washer developed a few problems over the years and Joe the repairer diagnosed three issues solved, repaired and completed the job.
Joe was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Joe fixed my dryer belt which tore right in half. A prior company didn’t use the proper belt for my Electrolux! FIXLY PRO DID and showed me the package before they even took the belt out.

Rude staff - didn’t allow me to ask any questions. Didn’t know what he was doing and used me asking questions as an excuse to leave without diagnosing the issue. Would not recommend them at all. They are also highly expensive when compared to other service providers.
