I had an outstanding experience with Good Old Appliance Service recently when my dryer wasn't working. I have had bad experiences with appliance repair businesses in the past so I was hesitant to call them at first. However, they were highly rated so I took a chance and contacted them. I am so happy that I did. From beginning to end this company was amazing. The woman who answered the phone was kind, understanding, and very responsive. The technician was very thorough, professional, and did a great job fixing my dryer. The price quote was more than fair and the work was done quickly and very well. I'm sure that I won't have any more problems with my dryer after they repaired it, but I plan on recommending this company to anyone I know that needs an appliance repaired in Brooklyn.
