My GE refrigerator stopped cooling over the weekend. I called Monday first thing and they were able to send a technician out That evening. Rifat was very professional and was willing to stay 3 hours…until 8:30 pm (!) until the frig was fixed and reassembled. He even helped me clean up the floor. Fingers crossed the problem is solved.

I didn't know what to expect when my partner and I booked this company to repair our stove given they didn't appear to have a physical location, but our experience overall was excellent. The technician, Vlad, arrived on time and was very friendly. He fixed our stove quickly, and the cost ended up being reasonable.

Second time using Good Old Appliance Services and, again, they were great. It was to fix a faulty part that was used the last time to fix our oven so of course they did not charge us. (I say “of course”, but I’m not sure all appliance repair companies would have done that!). The service was fast and neat and all around I would highly recommend them.

My washing machine has broken springs. This company fixed my problem quickly and at a convenient time, and now I don't need to buy a new one.
