My oven stopped working. I called and they were able to send a technician the next day (awesome to not have to wait long because I use my oven frequently). The technician called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Daniel was courteous and informative. He was able to fix my oven in less than 30 minutes. He wore gloves and a mask. I would definitely recommend them if you need an appliance repaired.

Daniel was amazing! I haven’t used my GE profile compact dishwasher since I moved in a year ago because it was improperly installed. My LG washer dryer combo was also not dryer properly anymore. I spoke to a very nice receptionist and she booked me very quickly for a Sunday appointment. He came on time and spent a good amount of time assessing what was wrong with both appliances and explained what was needed. He gave me a quote that day and ordered parts and was able to come back over in less than a week to complete the repairs. He needed a solid 3 hours to fix everything and told me everything he had done AND showed me how to properly use the appliances to avoid and future problems. Very very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so happy with Daniel’s expertise and professionalism and highly recommend. Prices were fair and I can’t recommend them enough. Can’t wait to use my dishwasher again!
