Oh yes indeedy sweetie I was very happy. Repair guy came next day after call. Thought might be a big bill, turned out not to be. Only charged for diagnostic of my washing machine. Had it for 7yrs & thought it was a gonna, but nope Appliance Repair brought it back to life in a quick 10 minutes. He laughed when I said their # is now on my speed dial. Recommended with an A + and a smile.

Ben provided great service and got our LG washing machine working within the hour. He was challenged to work in a small space since the washer and dryer are stacked within a narrow closet. He provided professional tips on how to keep the machine working and how to have it self-clean to remove built up smell and mold on the gasket. I highly recommend his company.

Washer stopped draining late Saturday night. Called these folks at 9 am Sunday. Was given a time frame from 11 am to 2 pm. Mr. Elijah came at 12 pm. Did all he could and solved the problem. The price was so much lower than I was worried about. Fair and just pricing! Thank you!!

Fantastic service! We have a complicated Bertazzoni oven that continuously clicked without igniting. Scheduling was a piece of a cake and a tech was available within 2 days. He was timely and professional. While we didn't need any major repairs, only a small tweak, he clearly and patiently explained how our finicky oven works and what we should expect from this 'unique' brand of gas ovens. I appreciated him taking the time to educate us! Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my oven for two months now. I called my landlord and he sent this company. I was very pleased with the service. They fixed it on the first visit and also called ahead to let me know they are on the way. I will definitely use them again.

I don’t really give a lot of reviews but they were really great. I usually just read the reviews instead of writing them. Our Viking oven broke right after thanksgiving, luckily we made it through the holiday and our whole family were full of my delicious turkey. And back to our review. So our oven broke in a really bad way. I’m not really satisfied with this oven but what you gonna do with all these fancy highlights end machines. On top of the oven being broken the two burners for the stove didn’t light, only with match. We tried everything, eventually we called Appliance Repair Brooklyn. The woman who answered the phone was nice and welcoming and we scheduled a repair for the following week, I was super busy. The lovely repair person came by and diagnosed the problem in under 10 minutes. We have been complaining about this oven for 2 years and he made a complete assessment in 10 minutes. He gave us a quote for the repair and said he needed to order the parts. The following week I get a call from the nice lady from the company saying the parts have arrived and we can set up a time frame to install the parts. Wo Hoo:). We scheduled the three hour window and the repair person arrived exactly in the time frame they promised and of course he called ahead to let us know he was coming. He did the repair and it worked like a charm. The whole oven was back to life. Great service.

Had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly and tried fixing it myself to no avail. Jonathan responded to my inquiry within the hour, came promptly the following day, assessed the issue and gave me a quote and a thorough explanation. Daniel did a great job. Very positive, knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed issues effectively and fixed immediately. Fixed stove burners and freezer leak. Single-handedly moved a large refrigerator while being very mindful to not scratch floors.

Over the past few months, Ben has serviced my stove (broken control panel) and my refrigerator (broken ice tray). He is responsive, reliable, frank, efficient, and goes out of his way to minimize costs for repairs. Plus he's willing to come to Rockaway without complaint or additional surcharges. Very glad to have called him and will continue to rely on his good work for any future appliance issues!

Eli promptly diagnosed the issues with my Subzero and just a couple days later replaced the broken part that had caused the temp to reach 70°+ in my freezer. It's rare to have service techs show up on time these days, but both appointments he arrived well within the provided window, and called 10 minutes before he arrived. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout both visits.

Daniel was the tech and he did a great job. Needed 5 appliances repaired and he had the parts to do 3 right away and came back to finish the other 2. Our dryer is in a very tight space and complicated the repair but he didn't raise the price above the original quote. Very happy with the service.
