When my refrigerator started making strange noises, I knew I needed to call in a professional. Friend of mine recommended Flamingo, so I decided to call them. They fixed my fridge in 1 day. Came to my house around 9 am and inspected it, later that day came with all the necessary appliances and fixed my fridge. I can’t express by words how happy I am.

They fixed the refrigerator very quickly, literally in an hour. To be honest, I thought it couldn't be fixed, but these guys did a great job and saved me from huge expenses. It's been working great for a month now without any complaints. If you need to fix something, I recommend you contact these guys.

It took several weeks to schedule an appt. They gave us a 3 hour window and said they would call 30 minutes ahead of time. The first appointment, I received a call 30 minutes prior to the 3 hour window, that they were at my house. I was 30 minutes away at work, and they left. The second time, I took off work to be home and they no-showed. I called the business where we bought the range and they facilitated a phone call from Flamingo, where Flamingo told me they would come at the end of the day. When I received a text for the next two appointments, the time window was in the morning and I was at work during the time window and did not trust that they would show up if I took off work again.
When they finally came, they called 30 minutes prior to my time window and again were at my house already. I asked them to wait and they did. After I described the problem that my stove top was heating inconsistently, taking excessively long to boil, needed to be on high just to get the pan warm, and the clock was not keeping time, I was told that it was not a big deal and there was nothing wrong with the stove. They suggested I call Kitchen Aid and complain. So I did, and they are sending out another company to service the appliance.
We have been homeowners for over 20 years and had rental properties as well. I have never had such a poor experience with an appliance repair service.

Max was a real professional. Any questions I had regarding my machine he knew the answers to. He disassembled my washing machine and had it running in no time. I would definitely call him back for any other repairs I may need.

Scheduled repair for kitchenaid undercounter ice maker. Technican called prior to arrival and told him of the parts I already replaced to help him troubleshoot. He called back 5 minutes later to tell me that his supervisor told him not to come because I had already worked on the appliance. Truly low level service and obviously not the the experts they claim to be. Stay away
