Our family has trusted Tim and Appliance Pros Group for the past two years. Tim understands and can easily troubleshoot the mechanics from our washer & dryer to our dishwasher. Tim is transparent, just and most importantly a true technician.

I had one of their technicians, Tommy , come to repair my LG stove. The igniters on the burners where firing non stop. After cleaning the stove top thoroughly, as recommended on line, and that not solving the problem, I decided to call a repair service. Tommy came, assessed the situation, and replaced a part. After he left the stove igniters continued to click. I took a video and texted that to him explaining the problem was not resolved, I also called to let them know the problem was not resolved. That was 2 weeks ago, they did cash the check for the service call, but I have not heard back from them, consequently I cannot recommend this group.

I'm so happy and satisfied the work Tim did on my range. He is polite friendly and very professional. If ever in need of any appliance repair this is the business to utilize.

This review is very overdue. Tim was a wonderful, very professional technician! My oven wasn't working and couldn't figure out why it didn't light up. Tim assessed the situation thoroughly, checking from the bottom of the oven, to behind it, checking the electricity, to the gas, everything!!! He determined it was the thermostat. Tim changed the piece and Voila! it worked!! Baking is now possible! Thank you Tim for your professionalism, patience, and thoroughness!!! Called them up to help with a Bosch washer repair and Sal told me not to even bother due to nature of damage, I would be better off replacing it. Didn’t pay them anything and I think that sort of advice should be rewarded. I would use them in the future when I’m in need of appliance repair.

We had an old Sub-Zero model 511 that the refrig stopped cooling.
We had contacted the "authorized" Sub-Zero service center and they were basically useless - lost info, never provided quotes and never responded to any communications after having a tech tell us the unit needed a "rebuild".
I found the info on the Applicable Pros Group on a Sunday and submitted my problem and they called back shortly thereafter. They had the required parts in stock and scheduled the repair. The repair was completed today in about 3 hours and at the quoted price.
John, the tech was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would recommend Appliance Pros Group over the "authorized" repair center which operated like they never learned how to treat a customer.

We’ve had our fridge fixed three times by the manufacturer Fisher Paykel, whose technicians were late, didn’t show up, and when they did couldn’t care less about the issue. They made us buy a part that I don’t even know was actually needed.

We called this company when our oven broke. On the phone, Sal figured out the problem right away and the next day, Steve came to fix it. Fast, simple, knowledgeable, and a reasonable price. Would definitely use this service again.

Sal was super helpful and with minutes had booked a visit by John for later in the morning. John came right on time, repaired my Sub-Zero icemaker, and patiently explained the problem, and the resolution. A perfect experience from start to finish!

Service could not have been better. Responsiveness and repair skills.
First call was for a Sub-Zero fridge. John inspected, made some adjustments and left. Didn't try to upsell.
Second call was for a Kitchenaid dishwasher. Here, new part was needed (i'm an engineer and was able to verify the diagnosis). Item ordered and installed within 4 days. Tim's work spot on.

I am incredibly impressed at the timeliness, quality, and price. I realized that something was wrong with my Maytag refrigerator/freezer and, after trying to reset it myself, called for help. It was late morning on a Friday and Mike said, "no problem" and Tim was here BEFORE 1PM!! He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part (many service companies will tell you they will have to order the part and then come back), and, just like that, my refrigerator/freezer is happily humming along. This is now my go-to service for any and all appliance repair needs. Thank you!!
