The technician came fixed the problem and was able to make it all work well.

I called them because my wife had somehow broken off the knob to the oven on my gas stove. They said it would cost $99 for the technician to come and in and that the technician would come in on Friday. I asked them if I needed to buy any parts and they told me the technician would have all the parts needed in his van. The technician came on Thursday instead of Friday when nobody was home and they said if I could not accommodate him they would still charge me the fee. I came home from work early because of this. He then told me he didn’t have any parts and said that they front desk should not have said that as there is no way anybody would have the parts. Then he told gave me his diagnosis: “your knob is broken”. That will be $99 plus tax and credit card fees of $115. And I can’t fix it because I don’t have r the parts. Can you at least tell me which parts I need. “Oh no we never tell customers our parts”. I will call you later with an invoice to fix it. Later that afternoon. “I looked it up. $500 for the parts and $500 for labor. Plus taxes. Oh and they are out of stock so it will take four to six weeks”. I was really mad at this point. So I called my appliance manufacturer. They said I can buy a self repair kit with all the parts needed and clear instructions for $200. They overnighted it to me and it took one hour to fix on my own.

These guys are thieves and liars. Do not use them.

Sam was really helpful and found the issue fast for my dryer.

One point of feedback, please be careful in the future about ruining screw heads when putting equipment back together. All the screw heads are now worn down so it will be difficult to get back into the machine if necessary.

On November 25, 2025, Dimitri came to fix our oven. Even after the new part was installed, the oven still refused to turn on—but Dimitri didn’t give up on us. He stayed, he searched, and he tried everything he could until, finally, the oven sparked back to life.

My husband and I are truly grateful for his patience, dedication, and genuine care. Because of Dimitri’s determination, we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving the way we hoped to.

My tech Azat was great! He spent the time going through all parts of machine to diagnose the problem. The parts were ordered and the company called back right away to schedule when it came in. I had the same tech who came back and once again he installed and went through all parts of the machine! He walked me through the issues and helped make suggestions for me. Very kind and respectful to my home as he cleaned up after himself and wore something over his boots to not bring in dirt. What a nice guy and thank you so much for all your work Azat!!! Would hire again for all repair needs.

I've called a worker recently cause my washing machine broke down. Sam(that's a repairer) came on time and dix his job perfectly. Now my machine works great.

Express Repair was very easy to reach (friendly overseas call center), and open 7 days a week. My 4cubic foot Electrolux ventless dryer is no longer heating when it runs. I scheduled a service call with little difficulty. The technician was very friendly and professional, and told me the dryer needs a new heating element. He stated that he did not have the part with him (and was not in stock), and that the repair could be completed as soon as the part was ordered and received - which would take a minimum of two weeks.

After the tech left, I discovered that this was a common problem with this dryer, and that the part was readily available from multiple vendors for delivery within 3days. I called to schedule the repair, and keep being told that I will receive a call back to complete the scheduling. Given the odd run around, I investigated the company, and have found that I am not alone, and they are not accredited by the better business bureau.

LOOK CAREFULLY AT NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! They have many complaints similar to mine within the last 12 months, including accepting hundreds of dollars in deposits to schedule repairs and not repairing appliances.
