Absolute scam, when I called to set up the appointment I was told that a ‘Bosch specialised’ repair person would be coming to fix my dishwasher. When the person arrive they spent 30min on YouTube googling the code I told them showed up. They did not run a test cycle or enter check the history of codes stored in the machine. He they determined based off of his YouTube research that the most expensive solution to the problem needed to be fixed, even though he when his man ever just called me to threaten me she acknowledged on the recorded call there where 3 potential causes to the problem, of which one was a simple cleaning. When I stared to ask questions he packed up his things and left angrily. I then called the company to explain what had transpired and rather than the person asking what happened and why I was dissatisfied, I was told I would be sent to collections if I do not pay the diagnostic charge. This person did not run a diagnostic on my machine, so there is no fee to be paid. I’ve asked over and over again for them to provide a the report that their technician made to verify what diagnostic was done to determine their findings, and have yet to see this document. First they said it does not exist and the only thing they have in an invoice, now they say it does but will only be shown to the relevant legal teams.

I have also asked for any documentation to corroborate their technicians ‘specialisation’ but to be clear this is a marketing scam and they do not have any form or certification or accreditation to be doing this work.

Please save yourself the headache and keep calling around, these people are trained scammers and all they want to do is take advantage of you.

Horrible Horrible experience with this company i paid over 375$ for them to come 3x for the same problem after several delays and push back they ask for more to to order more parts and not to mention the service fees! Not to mention this company was originally Rapid repairs and after dealing with them the receipt says express Repairs! this is a fraudulent business! i’m reporting them to the Better business bureau ! a shitty business ran by shitty technicians who are trained to bullshit innocent hard working people!

The gas stove wouldn’t ignite and neither bake nor broil was working. The technician found the issue right away and fixed it during the same visit.

Avoid Express Appliance Repair at all costs.
This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
My dishwasher broke on Friday and I contacted Express Appliance Repair immediately. I sent them videos of the water leak, provided the model number, and answered every question they asked. I was clearly told that the technician would arrive with the replacement pump because it is a very common part that they always stock.
Based on that promise, I took a full day off from work.
The technician arrived on Monday and was polite, but the problems only got worse:
While pulling the dishwasher out, he caused a water leak and damaged the hot water valve
He also tripped the power breaker, which he acknowledged was his fault
After creating additional issues, he suddenly claimed a new part had to be ordered
He showed me the part on his phone, reviewed pricing, and told me someone from the office would call the next day and that the part would arrive in 2–3 business days.
That never happened.
I have called every single day for five days straight. Every call ends the same way:
“No ETA”
“We don’t know when the part is coming”
“You cannot speak to a manager”
Zero follow-up. Zero accountability.
What makes this even worse is that I checked on my own — this exact pump is available online from multiple vendors with delivery in under 48 hours. So either this company is completely incompetent, or they are intentionally misleading customers.
I am still without a working dishwasher, had to deal with plumbing damage they caused, and wasted a full day of work based on false promises.
If you value your time, money, or home, do not use this company. I am pursuing a full refund and filing complaints wherever possible.
